The City of Oakley and the Oakley Police Department are asking for the public’s help to find the persons responsible for damaging the turf on Novarina Park over the Memorial Day weekend. The pictures below were taken Sunday morning after a hat tip by one of our readers the park had been damaged. If you have information on this incident, please call Oakley Police Dispatch, & ask for the Watch Commander at 625-8060.
Please remember to always report crimes in progress, including vandalism.

We have punks in Antioch who do the same thing time after time in our parks. In the middle of the night it hard to catch them.
