The following are a sampling of calls handled by the Brentwood Police Department between Nov 23 – Dec 6 according to information provided by Brentwood Police.

Assault

  • 11/24 -Coventry Cl: ARR confronted and punched VIC in the face and head several times with his fists while in front of VIC’s residence as a result of jealousy over INV. ARR released on PTA.
  • 11/26 – Balfour Rd: VIC stated she was struck by a roommate, in the mouth. VIC requested charges be filed. Case forwarded to District Attorney’s Office.
  • 11/28 – Edgefield Pl: INV-1 and INV-2 engaged in mutual combat.
  • 11/28 – American Ave: VIC was found with multiple puncture wounds to his chest. VIC was transported to John Muir (Walnut Creek). No RES info at this time.
  • 11/29 – Haystack Ct.: Unknown RES punched and hit VIC in head with beer bottle. VIC refused AMR. WIT saw subjects brandish firearms, who fled prior to arrival.
  • 12/2 – Pebble Beach Dr: RP and INV were involved in a family altercation. Neither party sought charges against the other.
  • 12/5 – Central Blvd: RES and VIC were involved in a physical altercation after leaving the bar
  • 12/5 – Lone Tree Way: VIC is an employee of business. VIC attempted to stop a verbal altercation, when RES’s battered her.
  • 12/5 – Reagan Way: RES/VICS were involved in an altercation while picking up property.

Auto Theft

  • 12/1 – Barbara St.: VIC’s vehicle stolen from located. Occ’d between 1000 and 1130 hours. Vehicle entered into SVS.
  • 12/2 – Greenyard Ct.: Unknown RES stole VIC’s vehicle.
  • 12/2 – Persimmon Dr.: VIC’S vehicle and trailer were stolen during the night. Vehicle and trailer entered into SVS.

Burglary – Business

  • 11/23 – Lone Tree Way: ARR stole a flashlight from Home Depot. ARR transported to MDF.
  • 11/23 – Lone Tree Way: 3 RES’ entered business and stole 14 electronic devices and fled the scene prior to BPD arriving.
  • 11/26 – Village Dr.: ARR1 and ARR2 were interrupted while breaking into a laundry room coin container and were in possession of stolen property. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/1 – Jeffery Way: RES entered building under construction and took two dewalt saws and a dewalt air compressor. Occurred between 11/30/15 1800 hours and 12/1/15 0700 hours.
  • 12/2 – Sand Creek Rd: Two vehicles broken into in the BJ’S Restaurant parking lot. VIC-1 had no loss. VIC-2 and VIC-3 had two suitcases stolen from the back seat, containing clothing, $2,000 cash, passports, airline tickets, prescription medication, and jewelry. (12/02/15 1300-1313)

Burglary – Residential

  • 11/23 – Frascati Way: VIC recently had electricians working in residence and determined property missing. Occurred between 11/9/15 approximately 2100 hours and 11/18/15 approximately 0700 hours.

Burglary – Theft from Auto

  • 11/25 – Broderick Dr.: Items stolen from VIC’s locked vehicle over night. No signs of forced entry. Occ’d
    2100 to 0700 hrs.
  • 11/25 – Lone Tree Way: RES smashed front passenger window and stole purse from front seat.
  • 11/27 – Central Blvd: RES forced entry into VIC’s vehicle and stole stereo and license plate.
  • 11/27 – Lone Tree Way: RES broke into VEH and stole a backpack.
  • 12/1 – Central Blvd: RES forced entry into the VIC’s locked vehicle and stole his black Pioneer stereo with a 7″ display screen. Estimated loss is $2,700.
  • 12/1 – Mulberry Pl: RES attempted to gain entry into VIC’s locked truck. RES damaged the door handle and lock with an unknown object during the attempt. Estimated cost of damage is $1000.
  • 12/2 – New Holland Dr.: VIC’s personal items stolen from inside locked vehicle. No signs of forced entry. Occ’d 1800 – 0745 hours.
  • 12/2 – Sand Creek Road: VIC reported his vehicle was broken into while parked in the Black Angus Parking lot. Loss was a backpack containing a laptop computer, misc. cords, and paperwork. (12/02/2015 1225-1310)
  • 12/6 – Lone Tree Way: VIC returned to Veh and found unknown RES(s) had broken both front windows and removed misc items.

Drunk

  • 11/23 – Sand Creek: ARR was determined to be too intoxicated to care for himself and failed to obey
    officer’s commands. ARR to MDF.

DUI

  • 11/25 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR stopped for vehicle code violation, and determined to be driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. ARR refused SFST’s and PAS. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/26 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was stopped a CVC violation and found to be driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. ARR was transported and booked at MDF.
  • 11/26 – Sand Creek Rd: Sand Creek Rd: ARR vehicle stopped for CVC violation. ARR was DUI and transported to MDF. ARR vehicle stored.
  • 11/27 – Balfour: RP witnessed the driver of a maroon SUV driving all over the roadway and appeared to be under the influence. A traffic stop revealed the driver was under the influence of alcohol. ARR released on a PTA.
  • 12/2 – Sand Creek Way: ARR vehicle stopped for CVC violation. ARR was found to be DUI, on probation for DUI, and driving with a suspended driver license for DUI. ARR transported to MDF and vehicle parked on scene.
  • 12/2 – Sand Creek Road: ARR determined to be driving under the influence. ARR booked and later transported to Martinez Detention Facility.
  • 12/2 – Heidorn Ranch Rd: ARR was contacted for VC violations and was found to be DUI.
  • 12/3 – Balfour Rd: ARR stopped after roadrage incident and found to be intoxicated while operating a motor vehicle. Subsequent search of vehicle discovered narcotics and weapons.
  • 12/4 – Balfour Rd: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR found to be DUI while on probation. ARR to MDF, VEH stored.
  • 12/5 – Wicklow Way: ARR stopped for CVC violations and determined to be DUI. ARR to MDF.

Embezzlement

  • 12/2 – Carrol Ct,: RES embezzled $4,512.38 worth of alarm equipment from VIC.

Fraud/Credit Card/ATM

  • 11/24 – Ford Ct.: RES using VIC’s personal information online to attempt to obtain miscellaneous items. Occurred 7/16/15-11/22/15.
  • 12/3 – Buckeye Ct.: VIC’s debit card information was used to make purchases in Antioch.

Grand Theft

  • 11/23 – Sand Creek Rd: RES stole approximately $1,450 worth (100 pairs) of underwear from the business. (11/22/15 1700-1745)
  • 11/23 – Lone Tree Way: RES entered business and shoplifted over $1,000 in merchandise. RES fled the scene prior to BPD arriving on scene.
  • 11/25 – Pomerol CL: VIC wired money to a fraudulent account thinking it was for a business he normally deals with and later learned the business’s email system was hacked.
  • 12/1 = Pecan PL: RES stole 3 packages from VIC’s porch. Packages contained vehicle suspension parts.
  • 12/2 – Chamomile Ln: RES stole a box of black t-shirts off of the VIC’s porch. The shirts had “Fabulous
    Feet” written on them. Estimated loss is $1,056.
  • 12/6 – Fairview: ARR contacted during a consensual encounter. ARR found to be in possession of several of VIC’s access cards that were reported lost. ARR to MDF.

H&S Violation

  • 11/24 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR was stopped for a vehicle code violation and was found to be in possession of suspected heroin and drug parphernalia. ARR was also driving unlicensed and the vehicle which he was driving was expired in excess of 6 months. The vehicle was subsequently stored. ARR was issued a citation and release.
  • 12/2 – Walnut Blvd: ARR contacted along UP rail behind BART Park and Ride with four others. ARR determined to be under the influence of a CNS stimulant. ARR to MDF.

Miscellaneous Information

  • 12/3 – Grovewood LP: RP- believes younger brother is poisoning him with wheat products. Unfounded.
  • 12/3 – Del Mont Ct.: RP stated suspicious vehicle parked by mailbox. VEH involved in previous theft case.

Narcotic Drug Law Violations

  • 11/23 – Sunset Rd: ARR was contacted for a VC violation and was found to be in possession of a controlled substance.
  • 11/27 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR found to be in possession of suspected
    methamphetamine and a cite releasable warrant. ARR released on a PTA.
  • 11/30 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR was contacted for VC violations and was found to be in possession of a controlled substance.
  • 12/1 – Balfour Rd: ARR was stopped for vehicle code violation and found to be in possession of suspected cocaine. ARR released on PTA.
  • 12/2 – Technology Way: ARR was contacted and found to be in possession of narcotics. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/3 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was contacted in his vehicle in the parking lot at Taco Bell. ARR was found to be in possession of 2.6g of suspected methamphetamine. ARR released on PTA.
  • 12/5 – Lone Tree Way: ARR contacted during a pedestrian stop. ARR found to be in possession of
    methamphetamine and in violation of probation. ARR released on a signed PTA.
  • 12/6 – Balfour Rd: ARR stopped and found in possession of controlled substance. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/6 – Central Blvd: ARR stopped for cvc violations and found to be driving while under the influence of alcohol. Released on a PTA.
  • 12/6 – Harvest Park Dr.: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR found in possession of a controlled substance. ARR released on a PTA.

Other Violations

  • 12/2 – Shawne Pl: ARR used VIC’s identity during a traffic enforcement stop. ARR was transported and
    booked at MDF.
  • 12/5 – Technology Way: ARR was stopped for a CVC violation. ARR was hostile and uncooperative towards Officers. ARR was subsequently arrested and booked at MDF.

Petty Theft

  • 11/24 – McClarren Rd: RES stolen several personal items from church while VICs attended youth group.
  • 11/25 – Griffith Lane: Rear wheel of VIC’s bicycle stolen while bicycle was locked at location. Black
    Bontrager bicycle wheel with silver spokes, 8 gears, and Bontrager tire.
  • 11/25 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR-1, ARR-2, ARR-3, and ARR-4 were contacted for suspicion of shoplifting from a business. ARR-1 and ARR-2 were transported and booked at MDF. ARR-3 was transported
    and booked at juvenile hall. ARR-4 was released on a PTA.
  • 11/25 – Second St.: VIC’s black Coach purse and cellphone with white Mariah Carey case were stolen from inside Papa Murphy’s rear employee area.
  • 11/26 – Mandarin Ct.: RES took VIC phone from counter top. Cell phone is a: Samsung Galaxy S4 Black. Cell phone entered into APS as stolen.
  • 11/27 – Oak St.: RES stole VIC’s satchel containing two cell phones. All but one cell phone was
    recovered. VIC did not desire prosecution.
  • 11/27 – Lone Tree Way: ARR shoplifted from business. ARR was released on a PTA.
  • 11/28 – Lone Tree Way: RES’s entered business, unlocked display cabinet and stole numerous items prior to leaving.
  • 11/28 – Timberline TR: ARR stole VIC’s cellphone, and threw hot water in his face. ARR later contacted and found in possession of paraphernalia. ARR released on a PTA.
  • 11/29 – Lone Tree Way: RES withdrew approximately $760 from ATM after VIC walked away from the ATM.
  • 11/30 – Lone Tree Way: SUS entered the store and removed three child size pink sweaters with white dots on them. Estimated loss is $60.
  • 12/1 – Lone Tree Way: ARR-1, ARR-2, and ARR-3 were contacted at business for suspicion of shoplifting. ARR- 1, ARR-2, and ARR-3 were subsequently arrested for various charges and booked at MDF.
  • 12/1 – Anastasia Dr.: Responsible took recently delivered package from victim’s front porch.
  • 12/4 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR committed a theft at CVS. ARR to MDF,
  • 12/5 – Blackrock St.: Ornaments stolen from front porch (Occ’d 12/04 @ 2259 hrs).
  • 12/5 – Brentwood Blvd: RES entered VIC’s unlocked vehicle and stole items. Occd 0030-0115 hrs.

Possession of Stolen Property

  • 11/24 – Lone Tree Way: ARR-1 was in possession of stolen property and provided a false name. ARR-2 was found to be tampering with vehicles. ARR-1 and ARR-2 were transported and booked at MDF. A
    search of ARR-1’s vehicle revealed a large amount of stolen property related to vehicle burglaries throughout Contra Costa County
  • 11/30 – Second St.: ARR walked into the store and stole several bottles of alcohol and a sandwich. ARR located on the parking lot. The stolen items were recovered from ARR and returned to VIC. ARR released from the scene on a Promise to Appear.

Robbery

  • 11/29 – Second St.: ARR stole items from Safeway and fought with VIC-1, an employee for Safeway. ARR also threatened to kill VIC-2. ARR booked at MDF.

Trespassing

  • 11/27 – Indiana Ave: ARR contacted in the locked backyard of residence after previously given trespass
    admonishment. ARR released on signed PTA.
  • 12/6 – Astor Ct.: ARR entered VIC’s residence and remained without her consent. VIC placed ARR under
    citizen’s arrest and he was transported to MDF.

Vandalism

  • 11/24 – Village Dr.: An unidentified responsible pried the coin portion of a washing machine.
  • 11/25 – O’Hara Ave: RES slashed 3 of VIC’s vehicle’s tires. VIC estimated loss at $450-500.
  • 11/26 – Henry Hart Dr: RES keyed VIC’s vehicle causing several thousand dollars in damage.
  • 12/6 – Highland Way: VIC’s found RES(s) had broken windows from four vehicles, and caused other damage to vehicles causing approx. $3000 in damage.
  • 12/6 – Pebble Beach Dr.: Locked mailbox pried open (Occ’d 12/06 @ 0303 hrs.).

Vehicle Code Violations

  • 12/1 – Central Blvd: Attempted to stop ARR for several vehicle code violations. ARR failed to stop and
    evaded officers resulting in a brief vehicle pursuit. The pursuit was terminated due to safety concerns. However, ARR was located by witness statements. ARR transported to MDF.
  • 12/6 – Fairview Ave: ARR was contacted during a theft investigation and determined to be driving on a
    suspended CDL for DUI. ARR released on a NTA.
  • 12/6 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was stopped for VC violation. ARR released on signed NTA

Warrant Arrest

  • 11/27 – John Muir Parkway: ARR violated a CVC, and was found to have a warrant. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/29 – Lone Tree Way: ARR stopped for CVC violation. ARR had a warrant. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/5 – Willow Creek Tr.: ARR contacted at ARR’s residence and found to have an outstanding misdemeanor warrant out of CCCSO. ARR to MDF.
