Contra Costa County would like to invite you to participate in National Voter Registration Day which will be celebrated on September 22nd. The Contra Costa Elections Division is one of thousands of organizations participating throughout the country in registering future voters. We hope you’ll join us!
National Voter Registration Day was first started for the 2012 presidential election, after 6 million Americans didn’t vote in 2008 because they missed a registration deadline or didn’t know how to register.
We don’t want that to happen to any voters here in Contra Costa County.
You can help spread the word, and your voice makes a difference. You can sign up to hold a registration event, share the message over social media or simply tell your family, neighbors and friends about voting.
Voter registration forms are available from our office and also you can easily register family, friends and community people using the online registration form which is available in various languages.
