Motorcyclist Critically Injured in Solo Crash in Antioch

On Saturday evening at 5:02 pm, the Antioch Police Department responded to a report a motorcycle collision in the 1900 block of Calaveras Cir. When officers arrived, they found the solo male rider in the street with major injuries.  No other vehicles were involved and the rider was not wearing a helmet.

The rider was transported to an area hospital by ambulance in critical condition. The cause of the collision is currently under investigation and it’s not known if drugs or alcohol were involved at this time.

Gotta be careful riding those motorcycles. I hear plenty of them with their super load exhaust racing up and down the street.
