The Oakley Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 19-year-old Omar Ordaz of Oakley.
Detectives have identified Ordaz as the suspect in Tuesday’s killing of 19-year-old Miguel Angel Plascencia Jr. of Antioch.
An arrest warrant for homicide has been issued for Ordaz, who has a paw-like tattoo on his cheek. He could possibly be in Oakley or Concord. He is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached or contacted.
