The community is invited to join Freedom High School for their 4th Annual Freedom Falcon Festival which will have a variety of things to do while showcasing the accomplishments of their students. The May 1 event is free and begins at 5:30 pm.

According to a letter sent out by Erik Faulkner, the event will have over 60 activities which should provide a little bit of everything for everyone.

Dear Freedom Community, Supporters, and Friends,

On Wednesday, May 1st, Freedom High School will host the 4th Annual Freedom Falcon Festival

The is a free event for everyone, and it begins at 5:30 PM and concludes at 8:30 PM.

Falcon Festival is a showcase of everything that builds community at Freedom.  Not only will we celebrate the accomplishments of our students, but we will showcase academic, academy, and all
extra-curricular activities we have on campus.  Activities and sports participation will be offered to community members of all ages.   We encourage everyone to participate!   These activities allow our students to flourish!

We will have over 60 activities, sports, and information tables.  The Patriots Jet Team, based at the Byron Airport, will have a Russian Mig17 Jet Fighter displayed on the blacktop, and the US Air
Force will have their interactive simulation trailer along the Army and Marine’s H3 Hummer.  Activities range from face painting, comedy improv, and cookie decorating to soccer challenge, swimming games, and putting contents.

Los Charros Mexican Dinner will be in the MPR for $10 (Taco, Burrito, Rice & Beans – drink included) Child meal available for $5 ( Bean & Cheese Burrito – drink included) (Pre Sale dinner Tickets available at Freedom H.S. in the A-Building office or call 625-5900 ext. 3002). During dinner in the multi-purpose room, our band and choir will perform.

Fun Family Food will be available around campus including Hot Dog Meals-$5, Coldstone Creamery, and snacks.
