Mandatory Keller Canyon Mitigation Fund Bidders Conference Set for April 30

Supervisor Federal Glover invites you to join them for the mandatory Keller Canyon Mitigation Fund Bidders Conference on Monday, April 30, 2018, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

The conference will take place at the California Theater, 351 Railroad Avenue in Pittsburg, California. Keller Canyon Mitigation Fund policies do not allow consideration of funding proposals from organizations that do not have a representative at the bidders’ conference.

Since no waivers will be granted to this requirement, each organization contemplating submittal of a proposal should have at least one representative attend the conference.

Applications are due no later than 5:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time on Friday, May 18, 2018.   

Application submission will be made online only via a web link that will be given during the bidders’ conference.In order to apply for this year’s grant cycle, you will need to submit your ticket number from Eventbrite showing that you registered and attended.Click on the button below to register.

Once you have completed registration, you will be sent a confirmation email with a ticket to attend the conference for your records.  You may bring your ticket on your smartphone or tablet, or you may print a copy for a quick check-in.
