BART Police are continuing to investigating a stabbing which occurred Sunday afternoon at the Pittsburg Bay Point station which briefly stopped service.
According to BART Police Sergeant John Power, the incident happened around 4:30 pm Sunday where a man in his 20’s was stabbed. The incident occurred after an altercation where the victim is also a suspect in the incident.
The man was released from a local hospital where he was then booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.
Since this is an on-going investigation, no further details were provided.
