Ducati, the blind Chinese Crested dog who went missing Thanksgiving eve in Knightsen, has been found and reunited with his owners this morning.

According to Anthany Robbins, the dog was found by Steve Urenda on Tule Lane in Knightsen just a ½ mile from the owner’s home. Ducati was sniffing around in his yard.

At first, Urenda thought the dog was a baby lamb or goat wearing pajamas but after a closer look he realized it was a dog wearing blue pajamas. He quickly realized this was the lost dog where its picture was making its rounds on social media.

After a few phone calls, Ducati was ruined with his family.

Robbins states the dog did have some wounds from being outside and appears something did try and eat him. The dog was scheduled to see the vet this afternoon.

“I can’t believe that he was actually outside for the last five days and survived! Coyotes, freezing weather, dog thieves… it’s a miracle,” says Robbins.

Robbins wants to thank everyone who spread the word and kept a look out including.

“Thank you again, we couldn’t be more grateful,” said Robbins.

Nice job Steve Urenda and bless you for finding this pet. I love the laundry list of thanks from Mr. Robbins and the ground effort. It is sad how none of the OTHER papers picked up this story. Thank you FIDO and ECT and the many readers.

Nice to see a positive outcome and glad none of the animals ate this tiny pup. Thank you for the update.

Wow! I must admit that I didn’t think the little guy would survive… Blind, no hair… It’s a Holiday miracle : )

Great ending, but I’m sure he was not ‘ruined’ with his family but ‘reunited’!
