July 25 – August 4: Brentwood Police Calls

The following are a sampling of calls handled by Brentwood Police between July 25 – August 4 according to information provided by Brentwood Police.

Assault

• 7/25 – Orchard Dr.: ARR pushed VIC in the presence of Officers. ARR resisted arrest and became combative towards officers. ARR placed in WRAP and transported to MDF.
• 7/31 – Sand Creek Rd: Unknown RES punched VIC after road rage incident.
• 8/3 – Kayla Pl: RES struck his guardian, VIC.
• 8/4 – Balfour: ARR contacted regarding a threats/battery complaint and found to have two misdemeanor no bail warrants for his arrest (4024.2(c)PC-WAP). ARR to MDF. No prosecution desired for the battery.

Auto Recovered

• 7/25 – Sand Creek: ARR and RES ran from a stolen vehicle after a vehicle pursuit. ARR to MDF. Vehicle was released to the registered owner and removed from SVS.
• 7/25 – Lone Tree Way: Stolen vehicle (Antioch original) was located unoccupied at business (AM/PM). ARR was located after an area check. ARR admitted to stealing the vehicle. ARR to MDF.
• 7/26 – Kayla Pl: ARR found to be in possession of VIC’S stolen vehicle.

Burglary – Residential

• 7/26 – Pelican St.: SFPD located a stolen firearm from an unreported residential burglary in 2015.
• 7/31 – Sand Creek Rd: RES smashed window to buisness and stole a belt. Loss of $125.

Burglary – Theft from Auto

• 7/31 – Bing St.: UNK RES smashed VEH window and stole bag.
• 7/31 – Rice St: UNK RES broke window to VEH and took backpack w/ 2 dell laptops.
• 8/1 – Village Dr: Victims vehicle broken into while parked in alley to the rear of
• 8/4 – Bedford Ct.: Catalytic Converter taken from vehicle. No responsible information.

Drunk

• 7/31 – Broderick Dr: ARR contacted after a report of a violation of a protective order. VIC did not have a current served protective order. ARR found to be under the influence of an unknown drug. ARR to MDF for sobering purposes only.
• 8/2 – Oak St.: ARR was contacted and determined to be to intoxicated to care for himself. ARR to MDF.
• 8/4 – Balfour Rd: ARR found to be too intoxicated to care for himself in violation of his felony probation terms. ARR to MDF.

DUI

• 7/28 – Balfour: ARR stopped for VC violations and found to be driving under the influence of a CNS stimulant. ARR to MDF.
• 7/29 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was contacted at the scene of a two vehicle collision and determined to be DUI. ARR to MDF.
• 7/30 – Balfour: CHP observed P-1 drive V-1 and collide with median. P-1 subsequently arrested for DUI. P-1 to MDF.
• 8/1 – Lone Tree Way: V-1 rearended V-2 which subsequently hit V-3, V-4 and V-5.

Forgery/Counterfeiting:

• 7/27 – Second St.: ARR was trying to cash a forged check at Wells Fargo Bank. ARR to MDF.

Fraud/Credit Card/ATM

• 7/30 – Broderick Dr: ARR was found to be in possession of other people’s identifying information. ARR was taken to MDF. RES was later found to also be in possession of other people’s identifying information.

Grand Theft

• 7/28 – Sand Creek Rd: Unknown responsible(s) stole approximately $2,175 worth of underwear.
• 7/29 – Fresco Ct.: RES stole an exterior air conditioning unit from model home.
• 8/1 – Lone Tree Way: RES stole $1309 worth of speakers and other electronics and fled in VEH.
• 8/1 – Brentwood Blvd: RES stole VIC’s unattended purse.

H&S Violation

• 7/26 – Garin Parkway: ARR contacted and found to be under the influence of a CNS Stimulant. ARR to MDF.
• 7/26 – Cornsilk Ct.: ARR was found trespassing against a court order and under the influence of a controlled substance. ARR was subsequently transported to MDF.
• 7/27 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR contacted and found to be under the influence of a CNS stimulant. ARR to MDF.
• 7/30 – Shady Willow Lane: While under the influence of a hallucinogen, ARR became combative with officers. ARR subsequently taken into custody.
• 8/2 – Bypass & Highway: RES found in Possession of Marijuana and Driving while Suspended. RES Cited
• 8/4 – Balfour Rd: ARR was contacted during a motorist assist, and found to be under the influence of a CNS stimulant. ARR to MDF, VEH stored.

Narcotic Drug Law Violations

• 7/25 – Balfour: ARR contacted during a pedestrian stop. ARR found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine, suspected heroin, hydrocodone, unlawful drug paraphernalia, and in violation of probation. ARR to MDF.
• 7/26 – McClarren Rd: ARR was contacted consensually and determined to be under the influence of a CNS stimulant and possessed paraphernalia. ARR to MDF.
• 7/27 – Midway Al: ARR-1 and ARR-2 contacted during a pedestrian stop. ARR-1 found to be in possession of heroin and in violation of felony probation. ARR-2 found to be in possession of a controlled substance for sale, possession of unlawful paraphernalia, and in violation of probation. ARR-1 was released on a NTA and…
• 7/30 – Oak St.: ARR contacted and found to have HS warrant out of CCCSO and controlled substance paraphernalia. ARR to MDF.
• 8/4 – O’Hara Ave: ARR stopped for CVC violation. Search located meth and paraphernalia. ARR released on a NTA.

Other violations

8/3 – Fourth St.: ARR obstructed and put hands on officer during an investigation. ARR released to parent.

Parole/Probation Violations

• 7/27 – Cornsilk Ct.: ARR was contacted on the steps of VIC’s house in violation of a RO. ARR was found in possession of paraphernalia, while on probation.

Petty Theft

• 7/25 – Ridgefield Ct.: LED lightbar stolen from VIC’S vehicle.
• 7/25 – Oak St.: ARR entered business (Chevron) and stole a pair of sunglasses ($11.99). ARR was released on a PTA.
• 7/26 – Sand Creek Rd: Responsibles entered Raley’s and stole a large amount of alcohol.
• 7/28 – Sand Creek Rd: Two unidentified responsibles took two pairs of children’s leggings. Fled prior to police arrival. Occurred 7/28/16 between 1430 hrs-1445 hrs.
• 7/28 – Griffifth lane: Unknown responsible(s) stole a locked black mountain bicycle from a bicycle rack.
• 7/29 – Lone Tree Way: RES stole 2 cases of beer from location.
• 7/29 – Towncentre Tr.: RES stole two bags from VIC’s vehicle VIC was inside of the vehicle.
• 7/29 – Village Dr: RES stole cash from VIC-1 and VIC-2’s locker. Total loss was approximately $105.

Property/Possession of Stolen

• 7/29 – Covelite Way: ARRs were stopped related to a string of shoplift thefts and found to be in possession of stolen property. ARRs to MDF.

Reckless Driving

• 8/2 – Sunset Rd: ARR stopped for reckless driving. ARR released on NTA, VEH impounded.

Restraining Order Violation

• 7/28 – Fourth St.: RES at the location in violation of a served criminal order. RES fled the scene prior to police arrival.

Robbery

• 8/1 – Babcock Ct.: RES opened VIC’s car door. RES grabbed VIC’s necklace, a 18kt gold chain with a jade female buddha pendant. Loss was $500.00.
• 8/3 – Sand Creek Rd: RES-1 pepper sprayed and punched VIC while stealing body care products. RES-2 stole a bag of body care products. RES’s fled in VEH. VIC treated and released at the scene.

Trespassing

• 7/25 – Lone Tree Way: ARR contacted sleeping on church property against admonishment. ARR to MDF.
• 7/26 – Armstrong: RES entered residence after being evicted. RES was no longer on scene when Officers arrived and VIC wants to seek prosecution.

Vandalism

• 7/28 – N. Estates Dr.: Responsible(s) used oil like substance to mark asphalt with KKK and a SWASTIKA.
• 7/29 – Flowering Plum Pl: VIC vehicle vandalized by unknown subject, totaling $2,200 in damages.

Vehicle Code Violations

• 7/31 – Technology Way: ARR vehicle stopped for CVC violation. ARR was found to have two no-cite warrants for her arrest (23152 CVC). ARR to MDF. ARR vehicle released to a friend.

Warrant Arrest

• 7/25 – O’Hara Ave: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR found to have multiple FTA warrants. ARR to MDF, VEH parked.
• 7/29 – Groovewood LP: ARR contacted after a pedestrian stop and found to have a felony no bail warrant. ARR to MDF.
• 7/31 – Sunflower Lane: ARR had a warrant from an outside jurisdiction. ARR to MDF.
• 8/1 – Horne Ct.: ARR contacted and found to have an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for DUI. ARR released on a PTA.
• 8/2 – Oak St.: ARR contacted outside of Chevron and found to have an outstanding misdemeanor warrant out of San Francisco. ARR to MDF.
• 8/4 – Concord Ave: ARR was contacted and had a warrant (WAP warrant) for his arrest. ARR to MDF.
• 8/4 – Lone Tree Way: ARR contacted and found to have a misdemeanor no-cite warrant. ARR to MDF.

Weapons Violations

• 7/26 – Claremont Dr.: VIC advised he got in a verbal argument with ARR, his brother. ARR brandished VIC with a large kitchen knife. ARR to MDF.
