Section 8 has ruined Antioch. The city needs to double their Police Force. Better yet, bring in the National Guard and do sweep through Antioch and clean it before it becomes the next downtown Chicago. What a horrible place to live.

Imagine, 25 assaults in 7 days? Twenty-one vehicle thefts in that amount of time? Amazing! We do need the feds in here to go neighborhood-through-neighborhood and clean this city up. The local city government is not leadership-oriented. Remember when the candidates were promising in their campaigns to turn things around? We got rid of some of the deadwood during the last election. Well? When will the new bunch start turning things around? By the way, I heard that most of them don’t even bother responding to residents’ emails!

The cons sure do enjoy Antioch downtown historical district and the ma and pop stores. (sarcasm)
