The following are a sampling of calls handled by the Brentwood Police Department between  January 7-18 according to information provided by Brentwood Police.

Assault

  • 1/7 – Claremont: VIC said he was battered by RES.
  • 1/8 – First St.: ARR pushed VIC 6 times.
  • 1/10 – Shady Willow: VIC was punched in the face several times by RES before VIC fled from scene. VIC sustained a small cut to the side of head. No medical.
  • 1/13 – Ghiggeri Dr.: ARR punched VIC in the face with a closed fist causing injury.

Auto Theft

  • 1/11 – Birch St.: Unkown RES stole VIC 2007 Kawasaki ZX14 from car port. Vehicle entered into SVS.
  • 1/15 – Westpoint: VIC’s vehicle stolen from above listed location. VIC vehicle entered into SVS.

Burglary or Theft from Auto

  • 1/7 – Sand Creek Rd: RES broke into VEH via rear window, stole a backpack which was later recovered.
  • 1/14 – Sand Creek: RES smashed the windows of two vehicles and took property that was in plain view. Occured between 2015 hours and 2133 hours.
  • 1/14 – Sand Creek: Rear driver side window of VIC’s vehicle was broken, and a dark grey Dell laptop was stolen.
  • 1/17 – White Sands St.: Unknown responsible(s) stole a flashlight, garage door opener, and binoculars from victim’s locked vehicle. Unknown responsible(s) damaged vehicle’s ignition. Occurred on 01/17/2015, from approximately 0900 hours, and 1200 hours.

Burglary – Residential

  • 1/12 – Nicholas Ct.: RES removed screens from victim’s residence. Occurred on 01/12/15 between 1230 and 1245 hours.
  • 1/12 – Edera Pl: VIC-1 her left residence around 0800 hrs and returned home around 1330 hours. VIC-1 entered her residence to find the back door broken in and several items missing. The items missing were: one electronic tablet, one sliver diamond hear necklace, a box of 50 .357 cal ammo, a .357 cal speed loader. an…
  • 1/12 – Indian Springs Ct.: RES entered residence via kicked rear door and stole jewelry. Occurred 1/12/15 between 0800 to 1545 hours.

Disturbing the Peace

  • 1/14 – Sciortino Ct.: RES-1 and RES-2 engaged in heated wrestling match/fight in street over video game controller. No prosecution desired by either party.

DUI

  • 1/7 – Rosegate Ave: ARR was contacted sleeping in his running parked vehicle. ARR was DUI and transported to MDF. Vehicle parked on scene.
  • 1/10 – Spruce St.: ARR contacted after CVC violation. ARR found to be driving on a suspended driver’s license. ARR found to be under the influence of CNS stimulant and in possession of CNS stimulant. ARR transported to MDF for booking.
  • 1/11 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR stopped for VC violations. ARR found to be DUI. ARR to MDF. ARR vehicle towed and stored.

Fraud

  • 1/7 – Lone Tree Way: ARR attempted to cash a stolen check at location. ARR was located during a traffic stop. ARR was in possession of stolen checks, stolen credit cards, a fraudulent CDL, and counterfeit bills. ARR also provided a false name. ARR to MDF.
  • 1/8 – Sand Creek Rd: RES used VIC’s identity to obtain credit without authorization.
  • 1/8 – Oakville Ct.: RES used VIC’s Best Buy credit card to make purchases online.
  • 1/10 – Nassau Ln: RES attempted to open up credit accounts using VIC’s personal information.
  • 1/12 – Island Park Pl: RES defrauded victim in a check scam for $2500.00
  • 1/12 – Tamapais Ave: RES opened multiple credit accounts in VIC’s name.
  • 1/12 – Sand Creek: RP reported that RES attempted to use a counterfeit $100 bill to make a purchase. RP identified the bill as counterfeit and RES fled the scene.
  • 1/13 – Brentwood Bl: Unknown RES used VIC’s personal information to open Verizon account. Documentation only.
  • 1/13 – Sand Creek: Four batteries stolen from rented scissor lift. Batteries are valued at $512.
  • 1/13 – Kingfisher St.: Responsible(s) removed registration tabs from rear license plate of victim’s vehicle while parked on street near her home.
  • 1/14 – Sand Creek: RES-1 and RES-2 entered store and stole perfume. RES-1 and RES-2 fled in RES vehicle.
  • 1/15 – Sycamore Ave: RES used VIC’s account number without permission over the phone to pay for cable and phone bills in Pittsburg.
  • 1/16 – Boone Dr. East: VIC reported RES used his social security number and identity to open up and use multiple credit cards in Arizona.

Grand Theft

  • 1/16 – Redhaven: RES removed VIC’S catalytic converter from his vehicle. Occurred between 1/15/15 @ 2000 hours – 1/16/15 0800 hours. VIC estimated loss at $1000.

H&S Violation

  • 1/12 – Oak St.: ARR was contacted during a disturbance and found to be under the influence of a CNS stimulant. ARR to MDF.
  • 1/15 – Windmeadows: ARR1 was contacted and found to be in possession of burglary tools and narcotic paraphernalia. ARR2 was found to have three outstanding arrest warrants. ARRs to MDF.

Narcotics

  • 1/10 – Griffith Ln: ARR was contacted for a VC violation and was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. ARR to MDF.
  • 1/11 – Brentwood Bl: ARR was contacted for a VC violation and was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. ARR to MDF.
  • 1/11 – Balfour: ARR1 was contacted and found to be in possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia. ARR2 was found to be in possession of marijuana for sales.
  • 1/13 – Capitol Dr.: ARR contacted, and found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine and hypodermic needles. ARR released on a PTA.
  • 1/14 – Sand Creek Rd: During a pedestrian stop ARR was found to be in possession of controlled substances as well as drug paraphernalia. ARR also displayed objective symptoms of being under the influence of a CNS stimulant. ARR was arrested and transported to MDF.
  • 1/15 – Windmeadows Dr.: ARR was contacted and found to be in possession of methamphetamine for sales. ARR to MDF.
  • 1/15 – Sand Creek: ARR was contacted and found to be in possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia. ARR to MDF.
  • 1/16 – First St.: ARR was contacted for a VC violation and was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.

Outside Assist

  • 1/14 – Balfour Rd: 2 MALE AND 2 FEMALE INV’S ENTERED THE BACKYARD OF A HOME ON SELLERS. HOMEOWNER CAME HOME AND CHASED THEM DOWN BALFOUR TO FOODMAX. BPD CONTACTED AND DETAINED INV’S UNTIL CCCSO ARRIVED.

Penal Code Violations

  • 1/1 – Redhaven St.: RES attempted to remove VIC’S catalytic converter to his vehicle. (01/10/15 2200 – 01/11/15 0645)

Petty Theft

  • 1/7 – Summerset Dr.: RES stole numerous Christmas decorations from the Summerset clubhouse.
  • 1/7 – ARR entered VIC business and stole food. VIC entered bathroom with food, consumed it and walked out of business. ARR had previously received a trespass admonishment from that property. ARR to MDF.
  • 1/7 – St. Augustine Dr.: VIC’s Ipad was stolen.
  • 1/8 – First St.: VIC called to report that an unknown person had gone through her vehicle. Loss was a $5 cell phone charger and a $10 empty wallet.
  • 1/10 – Brentwood Blvd: RES entered business and grabbed 30 pack of Coors Lite and exited without paying. Total loss $29.99
  • 1/10 – Marjoram Dr.: RES entered VIC’s vehicle via an unlocked door. Once inside, RES removed VIC’s property.
  • 1/11 – Foothill Dr: Unknown RP called to report a pile of mail on the ground near the entrance of Deer Ridge. Recovered mail and returned it to owners. Some packages had been opened with contents missing.
  • 1/12 – Lone Tree Way: Apple iPad taken from unlocked VEH. Unknown responsible(s). Occurred 7/10/13 at approximately 1230 hours.
  • 1/14 – McClarren: Misc clothes and a small portable TV were taken from VIC’s vehicle during the night.
  • 1/18 – Lone Tree: RES took several items including 5 lotto scracthes from the business without paying.

Threats

  • 1/9 – Balfour: Unknown RES entered Chevron at Bypass, became upset at clerk, pushed register off counter and threatened to come back a harm RP.

Vandalism

  • 1/7 –Claremont Dr.: Railing of bridge on walking path in Creekside Park defaced with white spray paint. Unknown time of occurrence.
  • 1/7 – Second St.: VIC’S vehicle scratched (Occ’d 01/07 1100-1600 hrs).
  • 1/7 – Black Stone Dr.: VIC’s vehicle was keyed.
  • 1/8 – Sand Creek Rd: RES shattered VEH’s passenger window.
  • 1/8 – Lone Tree Way: RES shattered VEH’s right rear window.
  • 1/8 – Sacred Mountain Ln: Responsible cut fencing that surrounds construction site.
  • 1/11 – Lone Tree Way: RES VIC and INV in verbal inside store. RES stated she would meet VIC outside at vehicle. VIC returned to vehicle and found it vandalized.
  • 1/12 – Europena Dr.: Garage door of residence defaced with black spray paint. No responsible(s) information. Occurred between approximately 1/1/14 1830 hours and 1/12/14 0750 hours.
  • 1/12 – Ventura Dr.: RES scratched VIC vehicle while it was parked in the church parking lot, causing approximately $1000 in damage.
  • 1/12 – Claremont Dr.: Graffitti on the walking trail next to the tennis courts of Creekside Park.
  • 1/12 – Comice Pw: RES keyed VICS vehicle causing over $400 damage.
  • 1/16 – Brentwood Blvd: RES’s engaged in sexual intercourse on top of VIC’s vehicle causing several scratch marks. VIC estimated damage at $500.
  • 1/16 – Sand Creek: VIC’s front passenger side window was smashed. Unknown if entry was made, however, no itmes were missing.

Warrant

  • 1/9 – Chestnut St.: ARR was contacted and taken into custody on an outstanding arrest warrant for child pornography.
  • 1/9 – Balfour: ARR was stopped for VC violations and found to have a warrant out of Torrance CA. Cited and released with new court date.
  • 1/10 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was contacted and taken into custody for multiple warrants.
  • 1/10 – Oak St.: ARR was observed driving his vehicle with a stolen license plate on it. ARR was contacted and found to have a misdemeanor drug warrant out of Brentwood. ARR was also found to be a drug addict in possession of pepper spray and prohibited person in possession of ammunition. ARR to MDF. VEH stored.
  • 1/11 – Lone Tree: CIT stopped for VC violations. ARR found to have citable warrant out of Mendocino County. ARR released after PTA.
  • 1/11 – McClarren: ARR contacted after a loud noise complaint. ARR found to have a felony warrant out of Stanislaus County. ARR transported to MDF.
  • 1/11 – Redhaven St.: ARR was contacted as a suspicious person in the area and was found to have an outstanding JAWS misdemeanor warrant for her arrest (23152 (b) CVC).
  • 1/11 – Valley Green Dr: ARR had outstanding CCCSO warrant. Called to turn himself in, ARR to MDF
  • 1/14 – Douglas: ARR arrested for CCCSO Ramey Warrant. Charges 288(a) PC/$275,000 bail.
  • 1/15 – Brentwood Bl: ARR was contacted while walking on Brentwood Blvd. A records checked revealed a warrant for DUI. ARR was arrested and transported to MDF.
  • 1/16 – Camden Ct.: ARR(s) contacted inside the back of a U-haul trailer, and found to have outstanding felony warrants. ARR(s) to MDF.
  • 1/17 – Sand Creek: ARR contacted regarding outstanding warrants. ARR to MDF.
  • 1/17 – Walnut: ARR was contacted during a firearms possession investigation and was found to have an outstanding arrest warrant. ARR to MDF.
  • 1/18 – Griffith Ln: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR found to have felony non citable warrant from San Mateo. ARR to MDF.

Weapons Violation

  • 1/7 – Lone Tree Way: ARR placed under citizen’s arrest by loss prevention officers for using the identity of another. ARR had two fixed blade knives concealed in his pocket and a driver license stolen in a residential burglary from another jurisdiction. Refer to Walnut Creek
