The month of July really is a good time of the year to stop by the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and pick up a few pounds of fudge as they kicked off their “Fudge for Troops” campaign on July 1.
For every 1 lb. of Fudge purchased, they will donate 1 lb. of Fudge to Blue Star Moms, Chapter 101 of the East Bay. This promotion runs throughout the month of July. Their past campaigns in 2010 and 2011 generated a combined total of 277 lbs. of Fudge donation. The Blue Star Moms accepts their Fudge Donations and packages them in wonderful Care Packages to be shipped to Troops around the World.
