The following are a sampling of calls handled by Brentwood Police between February 27 through March 5 according to information provided by Brentwood Police.

 

Assault

  • 2/28 – Harvest Park Dr.: ARR struck VIC several times after a verbal altercation. VIC signed a citizen’s arrest and ARR was released on PTA.
  • 2/28 – Arrowhead St.: VIC was struck by INV while walking home from school.
  • 3/1 – Balfour Rd: ARRs engaged in a mutual fight. ARR#1 released on juvenile affidavit and ARR#2 cited and released.
  • 3/2 – Sand Creek Rd: VIC claims that RES-UNK swiped his face with an open hand to instigate a physical altercation.
  • 3/5 – Second St.: ARR battered VIC during a physical altercation. ARR was determined to be under the influence of alcohol. ARR was also found in possession of a fake ID. ARR to MDF.

 

Auto Theft

  • 3/1 – Central Blvd: VIC’s vehicle was stolen on 3/1/2017, between 0300-0630 hours. Stolen vehicle entered into SVS as stolen.

 

Burglary – Business

  • 2/28 – Sycamore Ave.: An unidentified individual used an unidentified tool in a failed attempt to pry open a door.
  • 3/4 – Mountain View Dr.: Deer Ridge Country Club’s golf course maintenance shed was broken into and tools were stolen. Estimated $1840.00 loss.

 

Burglary – Residential

  • 3/2 – Birchwood Rd.: VIC reported her home was burglarized. No loss reported. VIC needed report for documentation.

 

Burglary – Theft from Auto

  • 2/27 – Sycamore Ave: VIC VEH had door lock and ignition punched. Power drills and misc hand tools stolen from back of locked VEH. Total loss of $1,000.
  • 3/1 – City Park Way: VIC-1 and 2 vehicles broken into. Theft of gym bag and clothes.
  • 3/1 – Foothill Drive: VIC’s vehicle window was smashed. Several electrical tools taken. Occurred 2/28 to 3/1, 2100 – 0430 hours.
  • 3/2 – Eaglerock Ave: Responsible smashed right front passenger window and took computer bag from front seat
  • 3/3 – Sand Creek Rd: RES smashed VIC vehicle window and took an Apple Ipod Touch.
  • 3/4 – Lone Tree Way: UNK RES smashed VEH window. Unknown loss.
  • 3/4 – Sand Creek Rd: RES smashed window to VIC’s vehicle and stole purse.

 

Business & Professional Code Violations

  • 3/3 – Sherwood Dr.: ARR-1 & ARR-2 contacted during suspicious person check. ARR-1 found furnishing alcohol to a minor. ARR-2 found to be a minor in possession of open containers. ARR-1&ARR-2 released NTA.

 

DUI

  • 2/28 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR stopped for VC violations. ARR found to be DUI, VEH parked. ARR to MDF.
  • 3/4 – Continente Ave: ARR contacted during VCOO traffic stop and found to be operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. ARR released to family on PTA.

 

Drunk

  • 3/2 – Shady Willow Lane: RES was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself or others. RES was transported via AMR for possible overdose

 

Fraud

  • 2/27 – Eileen St.: RES opened multiple lines of credit in his name.

 

Grand Theft

  • 3/1 – Blossom Ct.: VIC scammed into sending RES $2,500 via money order. Funds sent to the Ukraine.

 

H&S Violation

  • 3/4 – Central Blvd: ARR was contacted and found to be in possession of methamphetamine, narcotics paraphernalia, and stolen property. ARR released on a PTA.

 

Misc Information

  • 3/3 – Tricia St.: RES was manipulating firearm when the firearm was fired. The round struck two of RES fingers. RES transported via AMR.

 

Narcotic Drug Law Violations

  • 3/3 – Baldwin: ARR found to be in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. ARR released on a promise to appear.
  • 3/4 – Griffith Lane: ARR had two outstanding warrants from San Jaoquin County. ARR was in possession or methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. ARR to MDF.

 

Other Violations

  • 2/28 – Fourth St.: ARR contacted during a fight investigation, who delayed/obstructed the investigation. ARR was also in violation of his probation terms and was sent to MDF.

 

Outside Assist

  • 2/28 – Brentwood Blvd: Two victims were battered by two unidentified suspects on the East Bay Regional Park’s trail. Case forwarded to the EBRP Police Department

 

Petty Theft

  • 2/27 – Sand Creek Rd: RES 1 and RES 2 stole 6 pairs of shoes and ran out emergency exit. Loss is $395.
  • 2/28 – Lone Tree Way: ARR stole item and located in the area. ARR released on a PTA.
  • 3/1 – White Swan St.: ARR contacted with stolen property and found to be too intoxicated to care for himself. ARR to MDF.
  • 3/2 – Second St.: RES stole pool float from location. VIC declined prosecution. Property returned to VIC.
  • 3/2 – Persimmon Dr.: The rear license plate was stolen from VIC vehicle.
  • 3/2 – Brentwood Blvd: RES took clothing items without paying. Estimated loss $40
  • 3/2 – Sand Creek Rd: RES stole over $550 worth of merchandise from Victoria’s Secret and left in a dark gray Chevy Suburban with paper plates.
  • 3/2 – Sand Creek Rd: RES stole items from store which were later returned.
  • 3/3 – Lone Tree Way: RES stole Freedom High School Identification and office key from VIC’s unlocked vehicle. Occurred 03/02/2017 1526-1644 hours.
  • 3/3 – Carnegie: Two checks stolen from VICs check book. Two suspects
  • 3/3 – Sand Creek Rd: RES-UNK entered store and took items without paying. Approximate loss $713.85
  • 3/4 – Sand Creek Rd: RES stole unknown merchandise from store using two of the stores baskets. (Loss for baskets is $80).
  • 3/4 – Sand Creek: RES took VIC’s wallet after she dropped it at SOB.
  • 3/4 – Chiavari Ct.: RES was riding in the front passenger seat of a white sedan as the vehicle pulls next to parked vehicles and mailboxes RES pulls on the door handles and opens mailboxes. RES dumped mail in street that was stolen from a nearby resident. RES entered an unlocked vehicle and stole miscellaneous items.
  • 3/5 – Spring St.: RES stole items from VIC’s unlocked vehicle over the weekend

 

Robbery

  • 2/27 – Putter Dr.: Three black males entered residence and robbed victims and gunpoint.

 

Trespassing

  • 3/2 – W. Country Club Dr.: ARR contacted regarding a noise complaint at the business and refused to leave after officers and business told him to. ARR released to parent.

 

Vandalism

  • 3/3 – Putter Ct.: RES used an unknown force to knock over many garbage cans in the neighborhood. A few of the cans were damaged.
  • 3/4 – Lone Tree Way: UNK RES smashed side window of VEH. No loss.
  • 3/4 – Pasco Dr.: RES struck VICS garage window approximately one week ago. VIC’S vehicle was also damaged.

 

Warrant

  • 2/27 – Central Blvd: ARR found to have outstanding misdemeanor DUI warrant. ARR to MDF
  • 2/27 – Lone Tree Way: P-1 was driving V-1 and struck the rear of V-2 causing the front of V-2 to strike the rear of V-3. P-1 was found to have a non-citable warrant and was subsequently transported to MDF.
  • 3/3 – Walnut Blvd: ARR was stopped for having 4 outstanding warrants for his arrest for theft.
