I tip my hat to Oakley resident Hope Desroches for putting on a fabulous event yesterday in Brentwood. The Everything Kid Fair was a free event which offered a little of everything for all ages and had traffic throughout the day.
The event included:
- 75 vendors to browse
- Music
- Petting zoo
- Tumbling bus
- Jumpee
- Game truck
- Animal adoptions
It really was a nice mix of of vendors. You also had Brentwood City Council Candidate Carissa Pillow in a booth to find out more on her vision of Brentwood.
If your a local business, I highly suggest you save a spot for the next event because she offers some serious value and people show up to her events. If I am the Oakley Chamber, I would get serious in consider getting this woman on board without limitations in order to change the atmosphere because she knows how to get people to events and has a track record of doing so as she has proven to be very resourceful.
I didn’t have my camera on me, so I was stuck using my camera on my phone so here are a few of the picture I took. According to Desroches, she will be uploading many photographs today on their Facebook page. http://www.facebook.com/everythingkids?ref=ts
