I am not impressed with the list for Antioch city Council or Antioch School District.

Not another term of Joel Keller for the useless BART Board. Anyone who had anything to do with e-BART should not be re-elected.

Thank you for your comments. Since opening day, there have been 455,374 total trips on BART to Antioch (eBART), with a daily average of 6,074. The East County leadership could have held out for classic BART like the leadership in Livermore Valley has chosen to do. The $1.600,000,000, 5.1 mile proposed Dublin/Pleasanton extension to Isabel has a certified EIR, but not a preferred alternative. The currently available funds are about $500,000,000 to $600,000,000. It is currently estimated that once all of the environmental work (NEPA) is complete, an alternative selected and and the financial shortfall of about $1,000,000,000 is identified, the soonest the commuters on the 580 corridor can expect relief is 2026. The $520 million BART to Antioch extension was funded with the participation of the Contra Costa Transportation Authority ($140 million in sales tax), state Bay Bridge toll funds ($111.5 million) and nearly $160 million from two regional measures. Kudos to all those who helped expedite the BART to Antioch extension.
