Late Thursday morning, smoke was beginning to enter Contra Costa County which per fire officials is from Butte County.
The Camp Fire has burned more than 5,000 acres and is still very active as it is wind driven. Evacuations have been ordered in Butte County per CALFIRE.
A Red Flag Warning is in effect for strong winds and low relative humidity.
