Discovery Bay Man Arrested in Child Molestation Case

On March 23rd, 2017 law enforcement officers arrested 36-year-old Gary Burbank of Discovery Bay for multiple counts of child molestation. Three female victims between the ages of 14 and 16 have been identified.

This follows an investigation led by detectives from the Sexual Assault Unit of the Contra Costa County Office of the Sheriff. A female victim contacted authorities who identified the suspect. Investigators served an arrest warrant at Burbank’s residence and uncovered evidence that Burbank had sexual contact with at least three minors.

Burbank was booked at the Martinez Detention Facility where he is currently being held on multiple counts of child molestation, rape, and aggravated sexual assault. Burbank is being held in lieu of $14.2 million bail.

Regardless of race, color or Creed were all in for the ride together. Their is horrible white people, horrible black people and horrible Hispanic people every race has scumbags. Until we stop dividing ourselves by race, color, or Creed we are gonna be in for a long shitty Ride.
