The following are a sampling of calls handled by Brentwood Police between December 5-11 according to information provided by Brentwood Police.
Assault
- 12/9 – Pecan Pl: RES-1 and RES-2 struck VIC over the head with a pipe while attempting to steal his wallet. RES-1 and RES-2 fled the scene on foot. VIC was transported to JMMC in Walnut Creek.
- 12/9 – John Muir Parkway: RES’S stuck each other. No prosecution desired.
- 12/10 – Kingfisher St.: RES punched VIC in the face several times.
- 12/11 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR and RES engaged in a physical altercation. No prosecution desired. ARR was found to have a cite-release warrant out of Placer County. ARR released on a NTA
Auto Theft
- 12/6 – Lone Tree Way: RES took VIC keys from business and stole vehicle. Blue Toyota Camry CA Plate. Vehicle entered into SVS as stolen.
- 12/10 – Redhaven St.: VIC’s vehicle was stolen. Vehicle was parked in front of residence. Vehicle entered into SVS. Occurred between 12/09/16 at 1100 hours and 12/10/16 at 0530 hours.
Battery
- 12/6 – Broderick Dr.: RES 1-3 battered VIC. VIC was uncooperative and wanted no police assistance.
Burglary
- 12/5 – Brentwood Blvd: VIC’s glass door had pieces of frame removed in a failed attempt to gain access to restaurant by unknown RES.
- 12/6 – Balfour: Unknown RES smashed window, entered business, and stole approximately $200 from register.
- 12/6 – Brentwood Blvd: RP reported business was broken into and 4 empty cash registers were stolen.
- 12/8 – Vineyards PW: Unknown responsibles broke into four, locked construction storage containers and stole miscellaneous hand tools and materials.
Burglary – Residential
- 12/6 – Brentwood Blvd: RES attempted to pry open the front door to VIC’S apartment but was unsuccessful. No entry was made.
- 12/9 – Brentwood Blvd: RES forced entry into the residence via the rear sliding door and stole a TV and a wedding ring, after violating a served domestic violence restraining order.
Burglary – Theft From Auto
- 12/5 – Griffith Lane: Responsible smashed right rear window of victim’s vehicle and removed purse.
- 12/5 – Griffith Lane: VIC’s vehicle window was smashed and purse was stolen from vehicle.
- 12/7 – Balfour Rd: RES broke VEH window and took backpack, and laptop.
- 12/9 – Sand Creek Rd: An unknown responsible smashed the victim’s car window and took a back pack.
- 12/10 – Lone Tree Way: VIC’s vehicle was broken into while she was inside a business. Taken was a purse containing her CDL, credit cards and a BofA check book.
Drunk
- 12/6 – Second St.: ARR was to intoxicated to care for herself. ARR released to parent on a Juvenile Affidavit.
- 12/7 – Walnut Blvd: ARR contacted in front of his residence during a disturbance and found to be too intoxicated to care for his safety in public. ARR to MDF.
DUI
- 12/5 – Balfour: ARR vehicle stopped for CVC violation. ARR was DUI and transported to MDF. ARR vehicle parked on scene
- 12/6 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR stopped for VC violations and found to be DUI. ARR to MDF.
- 12/9 – Balfour: ARR-1 was stopped for a CVC violation and found to be DUI. ARR-2 was a passenger in the vehicle and found to have a warrant out of San Luis Obispo and drunk in public. ARR-1 and ARR-2 to MDF.
Forgery/Counterfeiting
- 12/5 – Lambert Ct.: VIC was given counterfeit hundred dollar bills in exchange for a new IPhone.
- 12/8 – Sand Creek Rd: RES1 used a fake $100 bill to purchase food. RES2 attempted to do the same but was denied.
Fraud/Credit Card/ATM
- 12/10 – Lone Tree Way: RES used VIC bank account information and withdrew $8,000 from checking account.
Grand Theft
- 12/9 – St. Augustine Dr.: Clothing and kitchen items stolen from residence (Occ’d 09/15-12/09).
Narcotic Drug Law Violations
- 12/7 – Lone Tree Way: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR in possession of narcotics, paraphernalia, and driving on suspended DL for DUI. ARR released on NTA.
- 12/9 – Waterville Dr.: ARR contacted and found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. ARR released on a NTA.
- 12/10 – Broderick Dr.: ARR was contacted during a pedestrian stop and found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. ARR also had possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. ARR was transported to MDF for booking.
Penal Code Violations
- 12/6 – Oak St.: ARR contacted and stated he was on probation with a search clause. A search revealed a stolen credit card. ARR released on an NTA.
- 12/9 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was contacted during a pedestrian stop and found to be in possession of stolen property. ARR was transported to MDF for booking.
Petty Theft
- 12/6 – Indian Springs Dr.: Mail from several mail boxes stolen. Mail recovered and turned over to post office for redelivery.
- 12/6 – McClarren Rd: Responsible took rear license plate from victim’s vehicle while parked in church parking lot.
- 12/6 – Lone Tree Way: RES picked up prescription medications without VIC’s consent. Occurred 12/05/16 at approximately 1740 hrs.
- 12/7 – Hickory Ct.: RES took packages from front porch of RESD.
- 12/8 –Lone Tree Way: Unknown RES entered unlocked VEH and removed VIC’s stereo. Total loss approx $150.
- 12/8 – Lone Tree Way: RES left the business without paying for two pairs of shoes. Estimated loss $130.
- 12/8 – Sand Creek Rd: RES took a display case filled with earrings and left without paying. Total loss $1,200.
- 12/9 – City Park Way: RES stole a large ornament from the City Christmas tree.
- 12/10 – Lone Tree Way: RES stole 8 canisters of baby formula. Total loss is $164.
- 12/11 – Brentwood Blvd: Cash stolen from VIC’S vehicle (Occ’d 12/10-12/11 2030-0920 hrs.).
- 12/11 – Pajarito Ct.: RES stole VIC’s rear license plate from her vehicle.
- 12/11 – Salice Way: ARR observed by RP looking into vehicles in the neighborhood and fled. ARR later located hiding in bushes with stolen property in his possession. ARR to MDF.
Restraining Order Violation
- 12/9 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was contacted during a traffic stop. ARR was in violation of a restraining order while in the vehicle with VIC. ARR to MDF.
Robbery
- 12/5 – McClarren Rd: VICs interrupted a vehicle burglary in their driveway. Unknown RES-1 brandished a firearm. RES-1 and RES-2 fled area in a dark colored four door sedan. Take was tools from VIC’s truck.
- 12/8 – Lone Tree Way: RES entered business and after an hour or so gave a teller a note demanding cash and claiming to have a firearm. Teller gave RES $1,850. RES was believed to have fled in an awaiting vehicle.
Threats
- 12/11 – Lone Oak Rd: ARR threatened to stab VIC in the neck and displayed a knife. ARR to MDF.
Trespassing
- 12/7 – Shady Willow Lane: VIC reported ARR was parked on his property without permission. ARR released on a PTA.
Vandalism
- 12/5 – Kingfisher St.: RES removed door knob from side garage door. No entry made.
- 12/5 – Griffith Lane: Responsible smashed right rear passenger window of victim’s vehicle. No property taken.
- 12/5 – Lone Tree Way: Unknown RES vandalized VIC’s vehicle. Total loss approximately $750.
- 12/7 – Sand Creek Rd: RP reported UNK RES broke a window to the vacant business.
- 12/11 – Autumn Valley Way: RP reports someone spray painting an obscene object in front of his residence.
Warrant Arrest
- 12/5 – Douglas Dr.: ARR had a felony no bail warrant. ARR to MDF.
- 12/7 – Bypass Highway 4 – ARR contacted during traffic stop and found to have an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for 484 PC. ARR to MDF.
- 12/7 – Highland Way: ARR contacted sleeping on church property, found to have misdemeanor warrant. ARR released with PTA.
- 12/10 – Lone Tree Way: ARR contacted and found to have a misdemeanor no cite warrant for 484PC and 148PC. ARR to MDF.
Weapons Violation
- 12/5 – Chestnut St.: RES brandished a firearm at VIC while driving along Chestnut at Fourth St. VIC did not want prosecution.
- 12/8 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR contacted during traffic stop and found to be a felon in possession of a loaded firearm and burglary tools. ARR to MDF.
