The following are a sampling of calls handled by Brentwood Police between December 16-27 according to information provided by Brentwood Police.

 

Assault

  • 12/16 – Brentwood Blvd: RES punched VIC. VIC received no injuries and did not desire prosecution.
  • 12/18 – Balfour: RES threw water balloon into VIC’s face. RES fled scene prior to police arrival.
  • 12/18 – Balfour: RES struck VIC several times after a road rage incident. RES fled prior to police arrival.
  • 12/21 – Garin Parkway: Unidentified RES struck VIC in face with a closed fist, causing a facial fracture. Occurred 12/20/16 at approximately 2300 hours at an unidentified location.
  • 12/22 – Brentwood Blvd: VIC was punched by RES. No medical attention was needed.
  • 12/25 – Santa Margherita Way: ARR attempted to hit officers with his veh. ARR attempted to evade officers during a pursuit. ARR crashed veh into a street sign and attempted to flee on foot. ARR located in a nearby residence. ARR to MDF. ARR veh was found to be stolen out of Antioch. Veh entered into SVS

 

Auto Recovered

  • 12/23 – Lynn Dr: ARR was contacted for being in possession of a stolen vehicle. ARR was also on active felony probation for auto theft. ARR to MDF.

 

Auto Theft

  • 12/21 – Sand Creek Rd: VIC said his vehicle was stolen.

 

Burglary – Business

  • 12/19 – Second St.: The RP reported that an unk RES(s) entered his classroom through an unlocked window and stole his personal laptop computer.
  • 12/20 – Brentwood Blvd: RES broke window to business and stole unknown amount of money and a credit card.
  • 12/21 – Middlefield Ct.: RES shattered business window, reached in and removed a credit card reader from counter. R/P later learned approx. $68,000 worth of transactions were attempted to be reversed electronically from his Merchant account.
  • 12/21 – Second St.: The RP reported that unknown RES(s) entered a classroom through an unlocked window and stole a school laptop computer, a projector and a large duffel bag and a personal checkbook. related report 16005760

 

Burglary – Residential

  • 12/19 – Mandevilla Dr.: Whirlpool washer and dryer taken from residence under construction. Occurred between 12/18/16 1700 hrs and 12/19/16 0700 hrs.
  • 12/22 – Balfour: RES used a rubber mallet that he brought into the store to dislodge emergency exit alarm from back door and attempted to steal merchandise.
  • 12/25 – Fourth St.: RES entered VIC’s residence and stole miscellaneous tools.

 

Burglary – Theft from Auto

  • 12/20 – San Creek Road – RES forced entry into VIC’S vehicle by smashing out a window and stole VIC’S property.
  • 12/20 – Sand Creek Road – VIC’s windows were broken and toys were stolen.
  • 12/20: Sand Creek Road – VIC’s vehicle was broken into and a Apple laptop was stolen.
  • 12/20 – Sand Creek Road – RES forced entry into VIC’S vehicle by smashing out a window and stole VIC’S property.
  • 12/20 – Sand Creek Road – RES forced entry into VIC’S vehicle by smashing out a window and stole VIC’S property
  • 12/20 – Sand Creek Road – RES entered VIC’S unlocked vehicle and stole VIC’s property.
  • 12/21 – Lone Tree Way: RES forced entry into VIC’S vehicle by smashing out a window and stole VIC’S property.
  • 12/21 – Griffith Lane: RES broke VEH window, taking purse from backseat.
  • 12/21 – Griffith Lane: RES broke VEH window, taking purse and iPad from VEH
  • 12/22 – Lone Tree Way: RES smashed window and stole aftermarket stereo. Total estimated loss $1,200.
  • 12/26 – Shady Willow Lane: VIC had landscaping tools stolen from his locked trailer by Unknown RES. Total loss of $2,650.
  • 12/27 – Lone Tree Way: VIC had VEH window broken and laptop stolen from locked car. Total loss of $1,697.
  • 12/27 – Lone Tree Way: VIC’s VEH had passenger window broken and purse stolen by Unknown RES. Total loss of $265.
  • 12/27 – Brentwood Blvd: Two trailers were entered through locked compartments, TVs and components taken

 

Disturbing the Peace

  • 12/18 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was in a place of business while disturbing the peace of others. ARR also resisted Officers when asked to leave the place of business. ARR to MDF.

 

Drunk

  • 12/21 – Walnut Blvd: RES was found to be too intoxicated to care for themselves and was transported by AMR for medical evaluation.
  • 12/21 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was contacted lying on the sidewalk. ARR was determined to be under the influence of a narcotic and unable to care for herself. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/24 – Oak St.: ARR was found to be intoxicated and unable to care for himself. ARR to MDF.

 

DUI

  • 12/18 – Birch St.: WIT stated she saw ARR driving a vehicle and he appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. ARR was contacted and believed to be driving while under the influence of drugs. ARR was transported to MDF for booking.
  • 12/23 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR stopped for VC violation and found to be DUI. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/24 – Oak St.: ARR stopped for VC violation and found to be DUI. ARR to MDF. VEH parked at scene.
  • 12/25 – Second St.: ARR contacted and found to be DUI. ARR to MDF.

 

Fraud

  • 12/21 – Finn Way: Unidentified responsible used VIC’s card to make a purchase of $1075 at Victoria’s Secret in Southern California.

 

Fraud/Credit Card/ATM

  • 12/16 – Lone Tree Way: ARR-1,2,3, 4 and 5 stopped on a suspicious vehicle investigation. ARR-1,2,3, and 4 found to be in possession of fraudulent credit cards, card making material and conspiring to commit fraud. ARR-5 was found to be in possession of controlled substance.   • 12/27 – Lone Tree Way: RES used VIC’s credit card information to rent tools which were never returned. Loss: $4,529.76

 

Grand Theft

  • 12/16 – Summerset Dr: UNK RES broke down a fence by running it over with a golf cart. Then RES stole two golf carts.
  • 12/17 – Chamomile Lane: Unknown responsible took two catalytic converters and an O2 sensor from victim’s vehicle.
  • 12/19 – Cristina Way: Unknown RES stole power tools from unlocked tool box. Total estimated loss of $2780.00
  • 12/22 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR1, ARR2, ARR3 stole various items from business (Victoria’s Secret).
  • 12/24 – Lone Tree Way: RES-1 and RES-2 came into the store on 12/23/16 and stole approximately $1000 in merchandise.

 

H&S Violation

  • 12/21 – Balfour: ARR contacted during a suspicious circumstance and found to be on felony probation and in possession of narcotics. ARR to MDF.

 

Narcotic Drug Law Violations

  • 12/20 – Fairview Ave: ARR stopped for a CVC violation and found to be in possession of methamphetamine, heroin, and hypodermic needles. ARR released on a signed NTA.
  • 12/20 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was contacted and found to have a Felony warrant. ARR was on Felony probation and was in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. ARR to MDF
  • 12/21 – Broderick Dr.: ARR contacted during traffic stop and found to be in possession of narcotics and paraphernalia. ARR released on NTA.
  • 12/22 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR contacted during a pedestrian stop. ARR found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/23 – Second St.: ARR contacted and found to be in possession of narcotics and paraphernalia. ARR released on NTA.
  • 12/23 – Concord Ave: INV-1, INV-2, and ARR stopped for VC violations. ARR found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine. ARR released on a NTA.
  • 12/23 – Broderick Dr.: ARR contacted and in possession of a controlled substance. ARR released on NTA.

 

Penal Code – Other Violations

  • 12/18 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR-1 was driving a stolen vehicle and led Officers in a reckless pursuit ending in a collision. ARR-1 was in possession of a firearm.   • 12/26 – Lone Tree Way: VIC-1 reported ARR brandished a firearm at him. ARR fled on foot after being contacted by officers. When ARR fled, he produced a firearm and placed it against the chest of VIC-2 while telling her to be quiet. ARR was taken into custody by officers after the foot pursuit.   • 12/16 – Nottingham Dr.: VIC’s package was stolen from his front porch on 12/05/16.
  • 12/16 – Hallmark Way: Unknown responsible(s) stole two catalytic converters from a vehicle.
  • 12/17 – Balfour Rd: Responsible took mail from multiple victim’s mailboxes.
  • 12/17 – Lawrence Lane: RES stole a Christmas laser light decoration. Occd at 0134 hours.
  • 12/18 – Presidio Dr: RES stole a package from VIC’s front porch and possibly mail from his residential
  • 12/18 – Bentley Ct.: Mail was removed from mailboxes by RES.
  • 12/19 – Walnut Blvd: ARR stole an electronic drone from Quik Stop. ARR contacted and found to have misdemeanor warrant out of Fresno County. ARR transported to MDF.
  • 12/21 – Giotto Dr.; RES entered VIC’s unlocked drawers on his truck bed and stole a come-along tool. SUS fled the scene in a silver or tan SUV. Occ’d 12/21/2016 at 0300 hours
  • 12/21 – Lone Tree Way: RES-1 and RES-2 ran out of the store with clothing and shoes without paying for it. RES-2 dropped everything when confronted by RP. RES-1 kept a pair of shoes. (Loss

Warrant Arrest

  • 12/17 – Lone Tree Way: ARR contacted and had misdemeanor warrant. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/17 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR found to have felony warrant in JAWS / WPS for 211 PC, 212.5 PC. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/21 – Bypass Highway 4 – ARR stopped for VC violations and found to have outstanding warrant from Santa Clara County. ARR released on PTA.
  • 12/22 – Grovewood LP: ARR was located and was found to have two misdemeanor warrants. ARR to MDF
  • 12/22 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR stopped for VC violations and found to have a cite releasable JAWS warrant (243(e)PC). ARR released on PTA.
  • 12/23 – Balfour: ARR contacted after VCOO violation and found to have a no cite felony warrant. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/25 – Oak St.: ARR was contacted and found to have 5 misdemeanor warrants for his arrest. ARR released on a PTA.

 

Weapons Violation

  • 12/25 – Broderick Dr.: Several 9mm rounds struck VIC vehicle and Apartment #1.
