The following are a sampling of calls handled by the Brentwood Police Department between  December 14 -28 according to information provided by Brentwood Police.

Assault

  • 12/16 – Sand Creek: RES pushed VIC with open palm in her face while confronting her about a possible theft. No theft was confirmed and RES fled in a black Escalade.
  • 12/19 – Brentwood Blvd: RES punched VIC following a dispute over driving. RES left and was not contacted.
  • 12/28 – Cortona Way: ARR pushed VIC. VIC signed citizen arrest form. ARR released on PTA. No injuries.
  • 12/28 – Dainty Ave: VIC reported that he was assaulted by RES. VIC had swelling around the eye. Refused medical attention. Prosecution refused.

Auto Theft

  • 12/21 – Roper Cl: VIC vehicle stolen from driveway sometime between 0100 hours and 1000 hours on 12-21- 2014. Area checked with negative results.
  • 12/22 –Fruitwood: VIC called to report that his vehicle had been stolen. Vehicle entered into SVS.
  • 12/23 – Canyonwood: VIC’s vehicle was stolen from street IFO home.
  • 12/28 – Balfour: VIC’s vehicle stolen from parking lot. Vehicle entered into SVS as stolen. Vehicle was located a short time later unoccupied on Piva Ct.

Burglary – burglary or theft from auto

  • 12/16 – Vision Ln: VIC arrived home and saw RES1 inside his vehicle. VIC confronted RES1. RES1 exited the vehicle and ran towards a 2000’s silver Honda Accord occupied by RES2. The responsibles fled in the vehicle towards Lone Tree Way.
  • 12/19 – Brentwood Blvd: Unknown RES cut lock off VIC’s trailer and stole tools. Total approximate loss $400.
  • 12/23 – Lone Tree Way: VEH front passenger side window shattered. $20 was taken from center console. Occurred 12/23/14 between approximately 1600 hours and 2005 hours. No suspect(s) information.
  • 12/27 – Tricia St.: VIC’s car was broken into. VIC lost wallet containing ID and 6 credit cards. No damage to vehicle.

Burglary – Business

  • 12/19 – Lone Tree Way: ARR entered store with intent to steal and stote $1301.99 of merchandise. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/25 – Brentwood Blvd: Unknown RES(s) gained entry to business with an unknown tool. Entry made by breaking exterior glass door. Specific loss unknown at this time. RP stated the loss would most likely be chain saws and chop saws.

Burglary – Residential

  • 12/22: Kayla Pl: Unknown RES removed tires from VIC’s open attached garage. RES vehicle was later located parked and unoccupied with the stolen property and was determined to be a stolen vehicle. Occurred between 0150-0155 hours 12/22/14.
  • 12/22 – Stratford Way: RES forced entry into VIC’S vehicle by unknown means and stole VIC’S property. VIC interrupted RES and chased RES down the street. (12/22/2014 0540-0548)
  • 12/22 – Lone Oak Rd: VIC called to report that ARR was attempting to steal his four wheeler. VIC called police and ARR fled on foot. ARR was later apprehended and discovered to have a PCRS Warrant. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/27 – White Birch: RES stole items from inside the attached garage and three cars, while VICs were at home.
  • 12/28 – Shady Willow Ln: Unknown RES entered residence through ground floor bedroom window. Total loss approximately $880.

Drunk

  • 12/18 – Oak St.: Contacted ARR determined he was a minor, and intoxicated. ARR transported to Antioch and released to guardian.
  • 12/22 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR and INV were contacted and determined to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and controlled substance. ARR resisted officers. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/24 – Sand Creek: ARR- was contacted during a miscellaneous welfare check and determined to be too intoxicated to care for his own safety. ARR- to MDF.
  • 12/26 – Balfour: ARR was causing a disturbance at the location. ARR was determined to be too intoxicated to care for himself.

DUI

  • 12/19 – Canada Valley Rd (Antioch): I pulled over a vehicle in the city of Brentwood that had been involved in a hit and run in Antioch
  • 12/20 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR-1 was stopped for a VC violation. ARR-1 was determined to be DUI. ARR-2 was determined to have an outside agency no cite arrest warrant for 23152(b) VC. ARR-1 provided breath samples. ARR-1 was released from the station on a PTA. ARR-2 was transported to MDF.
  • 12/20 – Balfour: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR found to be DUI. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/20 – Lone Tree Way: ARR reported to be DUI. ARR located and stopped. ARR found to be DUI and have an outstanding arrest warrant. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/21 – Balfour: ARR stopped by CCCSO. ARR found to be DUI. VEH stored, ARR to MDF.
  • 12/23 – Sand Creek: Conducted traffic enforcement stop for VC violation ARR found to be under the influence of alcohol. ARR to MDF. Vehicle towed and stored.
  • 12/25 – Lone Tree Way: ARR stopped for VC violations and found to operating motor vehicle while intoxicated from both alcohol and drugs. ARR refused to comply and resisted arrest. ARR to MDF. ARR’s vehicle towed and stored.
  • 12/27 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was reported as a DUI driver. ARR was stopped and was determined to be driving DUI with her children in the vehicle. ARR provided breath samples. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/27 – Lone Tree Way: ARR involved in private property non-injury collision and determined to be DUI. ARR to MDF. (Traffic accident/DUI)
  • 12/27 – Hanson LN: ARR stopped for CVC violation. ARR was determined to be DUI and over limit. ARR was also found to be on misdemeanor probation for DUI. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/28 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR stopped for VC violations. ARR found to be DUI.

Fraud

  • 12/15 – Sand Creek: RES attempted to use VIC’s credit card at Raley’s on 12/11/2014.
  • 12/15 – Broderick Dr.: Conducted probation check of ARR-1’s residence where stolen credit cards and credit card information was discovered. .25 lbs of marijuana was located with scale and ARR-2 took ownership. ARR-1 and ARR-2 to MDF.
  • 12/17 – Brentwood Blvd: RES used VIC’s stolen credit card to purchase gas several times. RES stated she was givin permission to use the credit card.
  • 12/18 – Panorama Way: RES passed a bad check for $4000.00 for rent.
  • 12/24 – Lone Tree Way: ARR1, ARR2, and ARR3 entered business and purchased various itmes using a fraudulent credit account. All ARR’s were transported to MDF.
  • 12/26 – Brentwood Blvd: RP reported someone had used her credit card and obtained credit from a medical facility without her permission.
  • 12/27 – Snapdragon Way: RP reported their mail was stolen from their mail box. RP was alerted that someone was attempting to cash a fraudulent check using their information. No loss at this time.

Grand Theft

  • 12/16 – Sand Creek: RES stole approximately $1,517 worth of underwear. Occd between 1645-1730 hours.
  • 12/22 – Sunset Rd: RP reported that an electric cart had been stolen.
  • 12/23 – Sand Creek: unknown RES entered business and stole 7-10 high-end eyeglass frames.

H&S Violation

  • 12/16 – Sand Creek Rd: During a theft investigation, ARR was found to be on felony probation with a search clause. ARR was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia, a controlled substance and marijuana. ARR was arrested for violating her probation and transported to MDF.
  • 12/17 – Sand Creek: ARR contacted and determined to be under the influence of a controlled substance. ARR to MDF.

Miscellaneous Information

  • 12/15 – Brentwood Blvd: Brentwood PD Investigations conducted a 290 PC compliance check at several residences to ensure they are following their registration requirements.

Outside Assist

  • 12/18 – Brentwood Blvd: RP reported counterfeit money being exchange between children in Discovery Bay.
  • 12/26 – Bypass – During a motorist assist subjects were identified, and found to be wanted by Antioch for questioning. Subjects were found in possession of controlled substances, firearm, and counterfeit bill

Other Violations

  • 12/28 – Brentwood Blvd: RES did not force sick child go with VIC during his scheduled visitation.

Petty Theft

  • 12/16 – Cobalt Ln: VIC’s outgoing mail, consisting of 10 checks and 3 netflix movies, was stolen from their mailbox.
  • 12/16 – Balfour: RES’s entered Safeway and stole a large amount of baby formula.
  • 12/17 – Cesar Chavez Dr: Black BB gun was stolen from VIC’s vehicle during the night. VIC does not know if the vehicle was locked, no signs of forced entry.
  • 12/18 – Lone Tree: RES entered business, stole various items and fled through rear doors. $660 in merchandise stolen.
  • 12/19 – Country Glen Ln: Personal identifying documents stolen from VIC’s unlocked vehicle. Occ’d between 12/18/2014 at 2100 hours and 12/19/2014 at 0800 hours.
  • 12/20 – Pines Drive: VIC’S package stolen from mailbox during the night. Numerous mailboxes in the area were rifled through.
  • 12/20 – Camden Ct.: Mail was stolen from victim’s mailbox. Occurred from approximately 12/19/2014, at 0000 hours, to 12/20/2014, at 0730 hours.
  • 12/20 – Technology Way: Responsible stole victim’s unattended purse inside Jack in the Box. Occurred on 12/20/2014, from approximately 1530 hours to 1637 hours.
  • 12/20 – Sand Creek: Unknown RES stole clothing from the store valued at $83.
  • 12/21 – Spruce St.: VIC reported that someone entered her two unlocked vehicles, which were parked in the driveway, and stole items. Occurred sometime between 2100 hours on 12-20-14 and 0830 hours on 12-21-2014. Approximate value is $851.
  • 12/21 – Meadowgate: A community mailbox was broken into, and mail was stolen. Occurred from approximately 12/18/2014, at 1100 hours and 12/21/2014, at 1600 hours.
  • 12/21 – Lone Tree Way: RESs ate buffet and left without paying.
  • 12/23 – Prato St.: RES stole mail from multiple homes on Prato St. and dumped it on Pebble Beach Dr. and Fernwood Ln.
  • 12/23 – Sand Creek: RES stole various items from business. Property valued at $179.40. RES fled in a blue Dodge truck (no plate).
  • 12/25 – First St.: RES took VIC phone in movie theatre. Phone was recovered from RES. VIC does not require prosecution.
  • 12/26 – Brentwood Blvd: RES pried open communal mailbox and stole ATM debit card from mail.
  • 12/26 – Brentwood Blvd: Unknown RES used VIC’s Macy’s credit card to make purchases totaling approximately $613.11.
  • 12/26 – Fourth St.: RP reported her step-son was at the residence in violation of a protective order. It appeared RES did not violate the order but was in possession of a stolen bike. Bike entered into Brentwood PD depository as evidence.
  • 12/27 – Windsor Way: RES stole tools from VIC-1’s car at first location. RES also entered and left a cell phone in VIC-2’s car at second location. Loss: $210
  • 12/28 – Star Lilly St.: RP caught RES stealing mail in the neighborhood on his home surveillance video system.
  • 12/28 – Second St.: A white male RES and a white female RES left the store, with sandwiches and other grocery items, without paying. Total known loss is $12.

Restraining Order Violation

  • 12/17 – Fourth St.: RES contacted VIC at her residence in violation of a court order. RES fled the scene prior to police arrival.
  • 12/19 – Mill Creek Way: ARR was contacted at location in violation of served restraining order. ARR to MDF.

Robbery

  • 12/22 – Lone Tree Way: 3 UNKNOWN RES’s entered Kohl’s, stole various items. When confronted in parking lot by RP, RES-1 assaulted RP and threatened HIM with a knife. No weapon displayed.

Trespassing

  • 12/20 – Shady Willow: RP observed RES inside the utility closet which is located outside of her apartment. Once RES realized RP observed him, he fled in an unknown direction

Vandalism

  • 12/16 – Concord Ave: Graffiti located on east side of an electrical station along Concord Ave.
  • 12/16 – Katherine Ct.: JUV threw rock and broke VIC’s vehicle’s windshield.
  • 12/18 – Cypress St.: RES threw a rock through VIC’s rear sliding glass door. No evidence of entry being made. RP had indicated VIC has possibly been out of country for several months.
  • 12/19 – Village Dr: Unknown RES damaged the passenger front quarterpannel of VIC’s vehicle. Total approximate loss $3,000.
  • 12/22 – John Muir PW: Graffiti was located at the north end of John Muir Parkway along the walking trail.

Warrant

  • 12/15 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR came to the BPD lobby to pick up personal property and was found to have a drug related no bail warrant. ARR was arrested and transported to MDF.
  • 12/15 – McClarren Rd: ARR was arrested for a VC violation. ARR was determined to have a no cite warrant for driving on a suspended license. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/16 – Orchard Dr: ARR was contacted during a VC violation. ARR was determined to have a citable warrant for 14601.1(a) VC. ARR released on a PTA.
  • 12/17 – Sunrise: Made contact with ARR who had two outstanding warrants for for failing to appear for 23152(a/b). ARR to MDF.
  • 12/17 – Brentwood Blvd: Made contact with ARR who had an outstanding warrant for probation violation. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/18 – Marina Way: ARR contacted at residence. ARR found to have felony warrant in JAWS. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/20 – Griffith Lane: ARR contacted during an enforcement stop. ARR had a no bail warrant. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/22 – Villa Tr.: ARR was arrested on an outside felony warrant.
  • 12/24 – Pajarito: ARR was contacted at residence and served with an outstanding felony warrant for DUI. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/28 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR found to have several no-cite warrants for his arrest (Antioch warrants). ARR transported to MDF.

Weapons Violation

  • 12/21 – First St.: ARR-1 contacted regarding an outstanding warrant for 11550(a) HS. ARR-2 was with ARR-2 and found to be on felony probation for weapons charges. Upon a search of ARR-1’s vehicle, a loaded concealed pistol was located that was also reported as lost. ARR-2 is a convicted felon. ARR-1 and ARR-2 to MDF.
  • 12/25 – Minnesota Ave: CIT- was stopped for a vehicle code violation. During a subsequent search of the
  • vehicle, ARR- was found to be in possession of a butterfly knife. CIT- was issued an NTA and ARR- was issued a Juvenile Affidavit. Vehicle was stored and entered into SVS.
