Congressman DeSaulnier’s Statement on President Trump’s Executive Order

by ECT
Rep Mark DeSaulnier

Washington, DC – Today, Congressman Mark DeSaulnier (CA-11) issued the following statement after President Trump signed an Executive Order regarding family separations at the border.

“The fact that President Trump used children as a bargaining chip and threw them in jail, while lying and saying he could do nothing about it, is the purest form of evil. After reversing course and apparently miraculously receiving the power to make the change, he spat in the face of those same families and chose a different form of punishment – detaining families for even longer periods of time. After fleeing violence and unspeakable conditions, traveling thousands of miles through torturous circumstances, waiting at and being denied at ports of entry in excruciating weather conditions, and leaving everything they know behind, the President finds it fitting to punish these families further. If they had other options, they would not be coming to the United States.”

Racist Americans will blame immigrants for taking their jobs or homes; when in reality it’s the rich American capitalists taking advantage of the immigrant to increase their profits by any means. Plenty of them hire “illegal” immigrants, even Trump himself. But of course, let’s repeat history and use a people as a scapegoat and just “follow orders” like the Nazi’s did.

Everything is a racial issue. Your Social Justice Warrior crap got old a long time ago. If you don’t like America, there’s always Africa. If you don’t like people with a little extra money in their pocket, it’s not our fault you’re poor. Make more money.

Congressman Mark DeSaulnier, the American spirit has always been to stay and fight the government for change for the better. This is an option you fail to convince them they should take. But no, these families chose the easy way out. Now we have the type of people who come here as pawns for your politics. And when their children get an American education they learn to fight our government for change to how their parents always wanted for the life in Central America. This only means change for America that looks different and not for the better.

Another Partison and brain dead statement by DeSaulnier. Does this guy ever do any research before issuing statements? No matter what his statement is it’s always on the opposite side of what the fact show. I certainly hope people pull their heads out of their you know whats and get this guy out of office.
