Concord Police Locate Missing At-Risk Man

Concord Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing “at risk” person who is identified as Oskar Heintz, a 72 year old male.

He is described as a white male, 6’00” tall, 200 lbs, gray hair. Oskar was last seen wearing a blue short sleeve button up shirt, black pants, and wearing glasses.

Oskar was last seen this evening at his residence around the 2000 block of Olivera Rd. Oskar suffers from Alzheimer’s and it is unknown where he would be going.

Oskar does not have access to any vehicles or a cellular phone.

Please be on the lookout for Oskar and notify the Concord Police Department if you locate him.

Update:

Heintzhas been located. He was found by BART Police in Pittsburg, according to the Concord Police Department.
