Drug or gang related. What ever happened to Concord?
Wow, Contra Costa is going to the dogs. Huh, who let the dogs out..
100% Russian
Not drug or gang related. Three pos were trying to break into cars and my neighbor was outside and told them to get out of our complex. One of them shot him and they all ran like cowards
why do you think they were breaking into cars in your complex? were they going to donate the money from the stolen stereos, laptops ect. to the local red cross or buy drugs?
If they’re breaking into cars, they could easily have a drug problem. You know – stealing to support their habit. That would be drug related.
