CHP: Mud and Rock Slides Reported on Marsh Creek Road

At 6:30 am Tuesday, the California Highway Patrol is reporting multiple locations between Deer Valley Road and Clayton with rocks in the roadway.

CHP says there are several mud/rock slides blocking eastbound lanes in at least 10 different spots. In other places, there were also rocks in the roadway.

Currently, however, the roadway is not closed and is open to traffic as of 6:40 am.
