The Brentwood community is invited to a School Safety Symposium in an effort to promote safer campuses within the City of Brentwood.
The August 9 event is hosted by the Brentwood Police Department, Brentwood Union School District and Liberty Union School District. The even begins at 6:30 pm and concludes around 8:30 pm.
According to the flyer, the event will hear from experts on topics that include:
- Active Shooter Response
- Bullying
- Community Programs
- Role of a School Resource officer
- School Violence
- Social Media
- Traffic Safety
