Brentwood Police Arrest Suspect in Theft of Emergency Responder Equipment

Donald Eisenbeis, 42, of Brentwood has been arrested after being in possession of stolen emergency responder equipment.

According to the Brentwood Police, they worked in conjunction with Pittsburg Police who developed reliable information that Eisenbeis was in possession of the equipment which was stolen from a marked out of area police and fire vehicles who reside Brentwood.

After obtaining a search warrant on October 10, Brentwood Police served the warrant on the 900 block of Country Glenn Lane and recovered the stolen equipment according to Police Sergeant O’Grodnick.

As a result of the search, large amounts of property connected to four-different burglaries in Brentwood were recovered. Some of the equipment recovered also belonged to the East Contra Costa Fire Protection District, Martinez Police Department, and Richmond Fire.

No further information or value of equipment was provided as the investigation is still ongoing.

im guessin that the phantom voice on the police net a few weeks ago was this guy,they were reminded that FCC rules prohibit dumb AS^%S with stolen radios broadcasting on police frequencies can be prosecuted,
