At 2:08 pm Saturday, Contra Costa County firefighters responded to a report of an overturned vehicle crash on the offramp of Highway 4 t the Lone Tree Way exit in the City of Brentwood.
Engine 88 arrived on scene with Antioch Police where it was reported that the vehicle overturned while trying to swerve avoiding another vehicle and landed on its wheels.
A medical helicopter was requested and was going to land at the offramp as of 2:28pm.
By 2:36 pm, CHP issued a SIGALERT and closed the off-ramp.
By 4:00 pm, the SIGALERT was cancelled and the off-ramp reopened.
