Brentwood: Man Shot Multiple Times, at Least 12-Shots Fired

At 7:45 pm Monday, Brentwood Police responded to a report of multiple shots fired on Picadilly Lane in Brentwood.

According to police, a 27-year-old male was shot 5-times on Picadilly Lane and made his way through an alley and ended up on Medallion Drive.

Police also said that it appears marijuana (drugs) was involved and that at least 12-shots were fired.

The victim was alert and talking with authorities and first responders. Originally, he was going to be airlifted, however, there was a 15-20 minute delay so they ground transported the victim to a local hospital.

As of 9:50 pm, Brentwood Police were still on scene investigating and the condition of the man was unknown.

Update (10:30 am 1/31/16)

According to Brentwood Police, the man is listed in “serious” condition. They also said the investigation is ongoing and the motive behind the shooting is still unknown.
