Brentwood Man Arrested for DUI with Blood-Alcohol Level Twice the Legal Limit

On Saturday, April 29th, Rio Vista Police Officers were dispatched to a report of a motorcycle down at the intersection of Sacramento St. and N. Third St. that was possibly DUI related.

Upon arrival and further investigation, Officers determined the motorcyclist had been driving/riding while under the influence of alcohol.

A series of Field Sobriety Tests (FSTs) were conducted, to include a Preliminary Alcohol Screening (PAS) test, which registered the driver’s Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) at 0.16.

Robert Grahn, age 60 of Brentwood, was arrested for DUI and later booked into Solano County Jail.
