At 8:39 am Friday, East Contra Costa Fire Protection District firefighters responded to Tenya Ct. in Brentwood after a male fell from a tall ladder.
Engine 93 arrived on scene to find a male down and requested a medical helicopter. Engine 52 responded to Adams Middle School to set up for CALSTAR transport.
According to firefighters, the 29-year-old male was alert and speaking with them while they were providing patient care.
Just before 11:00 am, the company whom the male works for reported the employee suffered no broken bones and appears to be only minor injuries. He added its examples like this why more fire services are needed in East Contra Costa County.
