Brentwood: Bristow Middle School Student Approached by Unknown Man After School

On 4/22/15 at approximately 3:30 pm, a Bristow Middle School student was walking home from school when an unknown adult male subject pulled alongside of her and offered her a ride. When the student declined the subject persisted by asking again, prompting the student to run away. The subject and vehicle are described as follows: White male adult approximately 20-30 years old, short brown hair, unknown height/weight.Green standard cab Toyota pickup, unknown year, receiver ball on rear bumper blocking part of the plate.

Both the Brentwood and Liberty Union School Districts were notified, and letters were sent to the parents of Bristow Middle School students informing them of the circumstances. Brentwood PD is conducting follow-up investigation, and will be conducting extra patrols before and after school.

Anyone witnessing suspicious activity such as this is encouraged to call 9-1-1. Anyone with information regarding this subject or suspect vehicle should contact Brentwood PD at (925)634-6911.

Well don’t say Antioch never warned Brentwood its headed your way. This is downright scary there have been this many incidents involving children being approached. I hope at some point, all of these males are caught.

This article describes him as a “while male adult.” Either I’m not getting it or it’s supposed to be “white male adult.”
