The Benicia Police Department announced the arrest of an Antioch resident after a report of a break in at a community mailbox room in an apartment complex.
According to police, the complex at Rankin Way had its mailbox room broken into and a car stolen from the complex.
Police say the investigation led them to a local hotel, where we located the stolen vehicle and the suspect in one of the rooms. She was found with the stolen mail, drug paraphernalia and heroin.
Christina Figueroa, 20, was arrested and booked into the Solano County Jail.

Our neighbors live the same type of lifestyle we’re living, socioeconomically and otherwise. Birds of a feather flock together. Remember… you’re the one that moved there. MOVE OUT.
Wrong Nick. The failed social experiment is to place needy individuals or families in neighborhoods that are affordable to the stable working citizens. The problem is these individuals bring the neighbor down to their level and not up to worker. No appreciation for what is given to most of them. Too few good people with a need for a “leg up” are being placed in Antioch by the County.
If you’re living in a neighborhood with Section 8, ghetto trash, etc. you’re living in a BAD NEIGHBORHOOD. Move to a GOOD NEIGHBORHOOD. This is 100% ON YOU. I have NO EMPATHY for people who stay in bad neighborhoods (and claim to be good people… maybe they are). You need to GET OUT and move to a good neighborhood. Push yourself to make more money so you can afford to do so. If you choose to stay, that’s your problem. You chose to move there (and stay there). Quit whining. Antioch never has and never will be a nice city. You get what you pay for. Antioch has gotten worse, even more of a reason to move. I won’t defend people who want a free ride in life, but I’m not foolish enough to live in the same neighborhood. You can’t have cheaper housing and comfortable living conditions. That’s not the way it works.

No, I do understand. I grew up in the Bay Area (Walnut Creek), and Pittsburg and Antioch were always the cities TO AVOID. You’re not from here, so you have no idea what you’re talking about. It was well known in the 60s and 70s if you move to Pittsburg or Antioch for cheaper housing, you’ll be sorry.
Just because you were there first doesn’t mean you can’t leave. You’re stubborn (and stupid).

All these liberal crooks let these section 8 losers move into our town and we are suppose to run? We have been fighting the city and them for years and will never stop!
