August 3-16: Brentwood Police Calls

The following are a sampling of calls handled by the Brentwood Police Department August 3-16 according to information provided by Brentwood Police.

Assault

  • 8/8 – Second St.: RES-1 and RES-2 mutually battered each other during a football game.
  • 8/12 – Second St.: ARR battered the VIC on the Liberty High School campus. The ARR was released on a juvenile affidavit.
  • 8/12 – Ghiggeri Dr.: VIC threatened to beat up INV, INV’s friends came and jumped VIC.
  • 8/13 – Coyote Ct.: RES was confronted by VIC in the street over conflict with INV. RES drove away striking VIC’s right arm with the door mirror. RES fled prior to police arrival. No injury
    sustained.
  • 8/15 – Positano Ave: INV-1 engaged in a physical altercation with an unknown male. No injuries.

Auto Theft

  • 8/4 – Village Dr.: RES stole VIC’s 1996 Mercedes Benz s320 on 8/3/15. Vehicle entered into SVS as Stolen.
  • 8/4 – Chamomile Ln: VIC’S unattended vehicle stolen (Occ’d 08/04 1245-1310).
  • 8/7 – Brentwood Blvd: VIC vehicle stolen over night from apartment complex.
  • 8/9 – Oak St.: ARR stole VIC’s veh. VEH into SVS. ARR located by Oakley PD, and identified by VIC. ARR to MDF. VEH RTO.
  • 8/13 – Lone Tree Way: VIC’s vehicle was stolen from the parking lot. Vehicle entered into SVS.

Burglary – Business

  • 8/3 – Lone Tree Way: RES forced entry through rear of business and stole miscellaneous items. Approximate loss $2,380
  • 8/3 – First St.: RP found a storage container broken into and several items missing from within.
  • 8/5 – Sand Creek: RES forced entry into VIC’s fruit stand and stole several miscellaneous items.
  • 8/5 – Mountain View Dr.: ARR-1 and ARR-2 entered a secured gated area, stole two golf carts and drove them through a cyclone fence. ARR-1 and ARR-2 were released to parents on juvenile
    affidavits.
  • 8/10 – Brentwood Blvd: RES made entry into the business and stole a DVR for the security cameras and several paycheck stubs.
  • 8/11 – Fairview Ave: RES entered building and stole a donation box. Loss of approximately $250 in assorted currency.
  • 8/12 – Balfour Rd: RES forced entry into business, and into office. RES stole $400 in cash from register drawer inside locked office. RES was caught on video, left behind entry tool, VIC advised about a recently fired employee’s boyfriend matching description.

Burglary – Residential

  • 8/4 – Carter Pl: RES forced entry through the side garage door and stole VEH-1.
  • 8/6 – Fan Palm: Unidentified RES took several items out of open/unattended garage. Total loss, $750.00.
  • 8/7 – Oak St.: From 08/06/15 at approximately 1845 hours to 08/07/15 at approximately 0715 hours, Macbook and other items were stolen from the garage of the residence. Sunglasses from
    an unlocked vehicle was stolen as well.
  • 8/13 – Spartan Pl: RES- attempted to force access into the residence through a side garage door, but was unsuccessful.
  • 8/14 – Ellen Lane: Vacant house was broken into, misc. items were stolen. Evicted tenant believes prop manager stole items.
  • 8/14 – Fairview Ave: RES forced entry into VIC-1’s residence via the front door and vandalized the interior. RES also stole VIC-2’s motorcycle. Motorcycle entered into SVS.
  • 8/15 – Alder Creek Way: Responsible(s) attempted to enter a residence through a window by cutting a screen. Nothing had been stolen, and no entrance was made.
  • 8/16 – Indiana Ave: Unknown RES entered VIC’s home by kicking open the front door before taking property.

Burglary – Theft from Auto

  • 8/4 – Century Oaks Dr: RES forced entry into VIC’s vehicle and stole a Pioneer touch screen receiver and Memphis amplifier. Incident occurred between 08/03/2015 at 1900 to 08/04/2015 at 0630. Total loss for the incident is $2,000.
  • 8/7 – Paprika Dr.: VIC’s vehicle was broken into and a backpack was stolen. Occurred between 0000-0750 hours on 8-7-15.
  • 8/7 – Remington St.: VIC had vehicles broken into. Total estimated loss was $317.00.
  • 8/7 – Paprika Dr.: VIC’s vehicle was broken into overnight between 2015-0730 hours. $20 and 1 pair for Gucci sunglasses were stolen.
  • 8/9 – Brentwood Blvd: RES smashed the rear driver side window of VIC’s Vehicle and stole her bible.
  • 8/9 – Lone Tree Way: RES broke the window of VEH and stole a cellphone.
  • 8/12 – Sand Creek Road: RES forced entry into VEH-1 and stole several miscellaneous items.
  • 8/14 – Newton Dr.: Unknown RES gained entry into vehicle and stole a GPS.

DUI

  • 8/3 – Balfour: ARR contacted during welfare check, and determined to be operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. ARR refused chemical test;
    therefor, a warrant was issued for ARR’s blood. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/8 – Palmilla Dr.: ARR stopped for vehicle code violation, and determined to be driving while under the influence of a alcoholic beverage. ARR released on a PTA.
  • 8/14 – Empire Ave: ARR stopped for vehicle code violations and found to be operating a motor vehicle under the influence. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/14 – Lone Tree Way: V-1 rearended V-2. P-1 was DUI. No injuries.

Fraud/Credit/ATM

  • 8/5 – Walnut Blvd: ARR 1, 2, 3 Contacted following a traffic stop. ARR 1 had a felony no bail warrant for 10851, multiple fraud items, and paraphernalia. ARR 2 had in possession an asp. ARR 3 was found to be in possession of paraphernalia and fraud items. VEH towed and all ARR’s transported to MDF.

Grand Theft

  • 8/7 – Christenson St.: A hot pink Nicole Miller suitcase, a pair of lime green Louboutin shoes, and other miscellaneous high fashion clothing items were stolen from a vehicle. It was unknown if the vehicle was locked; there was no damage done to the vehicle.
  • 8/7 – Hudson Dr.: A pair of brown/gold Dior sunglasses and Dewalt tools were stolen from two separate vehicles at the same location. The tools were etched with initials and the badge number of a retired Alameda County Sheriff’s deputy. Both vehicles were unlocked; there was no damage done to the vehicles.
  • 8/8 – Hollowbrook Dr.: VIC-1 suspected his former tenant; RES had a marijuana grow inside of his rental property. VIC-1 discovered an electrical bypass on the electrical cables that ran from
    the street to the meter, bypassing the meter. PG&E (VIC-2) was advised.
  • 8/12 – Sand Creek Rd: Responsible took cell phone and keys from employees unlocked locker.
  • 8/13 – Sycamore Ave: Unidentified responsible(s) entered unlocked VEH; taking tools and stereo. Occurred between 8/12/15 approximately 1600 hours and 8/13/15 approximately 0730 hours.

Narcotic Drug Law Violations

  • 8/3 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was stopped for VC violations and found to be operating on a suspended CDL. A search of her vehicle located methamphetamine and a meth pipe. ARR also found to be under the influence of CNS stimulant.
  • 8/4 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR contacted at business regarding an unwanted guest complaint. ARR in possession of suspected methamphetamine and paraphernalia. ARR also previously trespassed from business. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/5 – Second St.: The ARR provided prescription pills to the INV. She was cited out on a juvenile
    promise to appear.
  • 8/6 – Central Blvd: ARR was in possession of a suspected control substance. ARR released on an NTA.
  • 8/13 – Village Dr.: ARR was contacted for urinating in public and was found to be in possession of narcotics and paraphernalia. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/14 – Lone Tree Way: ARR 1 and ARR 2 contacted to the rear of Home Depot. ARR 1 found to be in possession of controlled substance for sales. ARR 2 found to have (3) Misd. warrants for battery, vandalism, and suspended dl. ARR 2 also gave fake name and was in possession of controlled substance. Veh towed. ARR 1 and ARR 2…

Other Violations

  • 8/7 – Spruce St.: ARR was placed under citizen’s arrest for discharging a firearm in his backyard. ARR was released on a PTA.

Petty Theft

  • 8/4 – Diamond Springs Ln: RES took a pair of sunglasses, set of golf clubs and paperwork from VIC’S unlocked vhicle from 08/03/2015 at 1930 to 08/04/2015 at 0550.
  • 8/6 – Second St.: ARR was placed under citizen’s arrest for shoplifting. ARR released on a PTA and transported to SDMH by AMR for chest pain.
  • 8/8 – Second St.: ARR-1 stole alcohol from business. ARR-1 and ARR-2 were later contacted under bridge. ARR-1 was placed under citizen’s arrest for shoplifting and released on a PTA. ARR-2 was contacted while smoking suspected methamphetamine and resisted officers. ARR-2 to MDF.
  • 8/8 – Sand Creek Rd: RES stole $600.50 worth of fragrances from VIC by concealing them in her purse and making no attempts to pay for them.
  • 8/8 – Lone Tree Way: INV and ARR were contacted during a traffic stop following a shoplift of alcohol. ARR released on a signed PTA. Beer returned to business.
  • 8/9 – Second St.: ARR was placed under citizen’s arrest for shoplifting. ARR released on a PTA.
  • 8/10: Boone Dr.: VIC parked her vehicle unlocked over night in front of her residence. RES stole VIC’s tools, cell phone, and fishing gear.
  • 8/10 – Oak St.: RES withdrew $200 from VIC’s account without her permission.
  • 8/10 – Shady Willow Lane: VIC’s purse and miscellaneous items stolen from VIC’s unlocked VEH. Approximate loss $390.00
  • 8/10 – Coventry Cl: VIC had multiple tools stolen from his unlocked work van from 08/08/2015 at 2130 hours to 08/09/2015 0600 hours.
  • 8/14 – Harmony Ct.: VIC had his backpack containing personal items stolen from locker room at Liberty H.S

Restraining Order Violation

8/11 – Empire Ave: ARR came onto property in violation of RO. ARR fled on foot and found a short while later. ARR had a outstanding misdemeanor warrant. ARR found to be in violation of probation. ARR to MDF.

Robbery

  • 8/6 – Sand Creek Rd: RES threw VIC to the ground, while RES-2 stole a helium tank. The group fled in VEH.
  • 8/9 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR used forced to take VIC’s cellphone. VIC’s mother desired prosecution. ARR released to guardian.

Vandalism

  • 8/3 – Spruce St.: VEH was found with all four tires slashed and all windows broken. No info on RESP.
  • 8/5 – Balfour: RES burned offensive words into the tables resulting in $300 in damage.
  • 8/8 – Second St.: ARR vandalized VIC’s front door. ARR was on misdemeanor probation and transported to MDF.
  • 8/11 – Las Colinas Dr.: RES shot VIC’s vehicle three times with a pellet gun causing broken windows and body damage.
  • 8/14 – Griffith Lane: During a child custody exchange RES punched VIC’S sideview mirror causing damage. RES left scene towards his residence in Pittsburg.
  • 8/14 – Windsor Way: ARR keyed VIC’s vehicle causing damage. ARR placed under citizens arrest and released on a PTA.

Warrant

  • 8/4 – Balfour: ARR was contacted following a traffic stop and had a $50,000 misdemeanor warrant for reckless driving. The warrant was confirmed, ARR to MDF.
  • 8/8 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was contacted regarding a suspicious circumstance and was found to have an outstanding misdemeanor JAWS warrant from Antioch PD for 25850(a) PC. ARR issued a PTA and released.
  • 8/9 – Sunrise Dr.: ARR contacted and found to have an outstanding warrants for 4024.2 PC, 23152(b) CVC, 23103/23103.5(a) CVC. ARR to MDF
  • 8/11 – Walnut Blvd: ARR contacted after a report of squatters at residence. ARR found to have a felony warrant for parole violation.
  • 8/12 – Oak St.: ARR contacted at Chevron and found to have a no bail misdemeanor warrant for fraud. ARR transported to MDF.
  • 8/13 – Highway 4: CIT was stopped for a CVC violation. A records check revealed ARR (passenger) had a felony warrant for his arrest from Contra Costa County SO for drug sales. ARR was transported to MDF where he was booked and CIT was released from the scene with a PTA
    for a CVC violation.
  • 8/14 – Empire Ave: ARR was stopped for a CVC violation. A records check revealed ARR had a felony no-bail warrant for his arrest. ARR was transported to MDF where he was booked.
  • 8/14 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was stopped for a CVC violation. A records check revealed ARR had a no-bail arrest warrant from Concord PD for DUI. ARR was transported to MDF where he was booked.
  • 8/15 – Balfour Rd: ARR- was contacted inside of the business in regards to an outstanding warrant. The warrant was held by the Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office for FTA for Jail/WAP. ARR to MDF.

Weapons Violations

  • 8/13 – Second St.: The ARR possessed a knife and suspected marijuana on a school campus

my ex-wife moved out there 15 years ago it dosent sound so safe today she can have it.
