Attorney General Becerra Applauds Federal Court Decision Tightening Lid Over Unconstitutional Trump Travel Ban

by ECT

SACRAMENTO – Attorney General Xavier Becerra released the following statement in response to a federal district court ruling in Washington state prohibiting the federal government from enforcing the Trump Administration’s travel ban executive order:

“A federal district court in the state of Washington has tightened the lid over the unconstitutional and un-American Trump travel ban. Attorney General Bob Ferguson and the People of Washington deserve our thanks for advancing the case for justice and sensible execution of our immigration laws.

What does this mean for families and travelers in California? You can reunite with your family. You can go about your business, including travel, as long as the federal court order stands. Be mindful to carry your legal documents if you are traveling. And know that California’s local public safety officers are there to protect you and not to enforce overreaching federal immigration pronouncements.

My office will take every measure possible to inform families and travelers in California of their rights and to monitor the federal authorities’ adherence to the federal court order halting the unconstitutional Trump travel ban.”

Becerra is a dummy…..a big dummy. I guess he missed Trump discussing cutting off funding for California today. Trump specifically said California, not any one of the other 49 states. Becerra needs to learn to keep his yapper shut. When are we going to break free of this liberal stupidity?

I hope trump brings in the national guard and arrests the entire california state senate. That would be a good start.
