The following are calls handled by the Brentwood Police Department between April 2 through April 13 according to information provided by Brentwood Police Department.

Assault

  • 4/2 – Mericrest St: ARR’s engaged in a pre-arranged fight. ARR-1 sustained injury to his teeth.
  • 4/6 – Spyglass Dr.: RES engaged in mutual combat and neither desired prosecution. Incident documented only.
  • 4/8 – Treadwell Ct.: INV’s were involved in a physical altercation with unknown RES.
  • 4/9 – American Ave: VIC alleges she was battered via an intentional “shoulder bump” by RES.
  • 4/9 – Treadwell Ct.: INV’s involved in a physical altercation. No prosecution desired.
  • 4/10 – Lawrence Lane: RES-1 and RES-2 got into a fight. Neither party sought prosecution.
  • 4/11 – Sand Creek Road: VIC was punched in the head by unknown responsible

Auto Theft

  • 4/10 – Central Blvd: RES took VIC’s vehicle without VIC’s permission. Vehicle entered into SVS.
  • 4/10 – Veh stolen from parking lot 04/09/14 1900hrs-04/10/14 0730 hrs.
  • 4/11 – Sycamore Ave: VIC’s vehicle stolen from residence. Vehicle entered into SVS.

Burglary

  • 4/2 – Second St.: Responsible forced entry into baseball clubhouse and removed victims tools
  • 4/5 – Stanwhick St.: Items stolen from victim’s garage while it was left open over night.
  • 4/5 – Fruitwood CM: VIC stated garage was burglarized and vehicle vandalized. Several items stolen from garage. Total estimated loss 5,325.00. No signs of forced entry into garage.
  • 4/9 – Oxford Lane: RES entered VIC’s open garage and stole a silver wedding cake spatula. RES left on a BMX style bike towards Sycamore Ave.
  • 4/10 – La Pergola Dr: Unknown RES entered residence by shattering rear glass door and took items of value. (TVand glassware). Approx loss is $1000.00
  • 4/12 – Sofia Way: Res stole VICs empty safe from open garage. Vic estimated loss at $65
  • 4/12 – Landover St. – Victims bike stolen from the front of his residence
  • 4/13 – Applehill Dr:  SUS stole $3000 from his grandfather’s safe.

Burglary – Auto

  • 4/2 – Sand Creek Road: ARR smashed window to VIC’S locked vehicle and stole a backpack containing an iPad,MacBook Pro, passport, and jewelry. ARR was identified and located the following day. All of the stolen property was recovered. ARR to MDF.
  • 4/3 – Birch St.: RES forced entry into VIC’s locked vehicle by breaking the driver side window and stole a cell phone charger.
  • 4/5 – Sand Creek Road: Vehicle was broken into and bag with mini Ipad was stolen.
  • 4/6 – Lawrence Lane: Duffel bag stolen from the back of victim’s truck.
  • 4/7 – Camden Ct.: VIC’s vehicle was broken into on 04/07/14 between 0230 hours and 0800 hours. Multiple suits, clothing and a detachable CD player. Estimated loss $1000.00.
  • 4/8 – Brentwood Blvd: Rear bumper taken off truck
  • 4/12 – Beau Ave: Unknown RES entered into VIC vehicle and stole several items. Total loss approximately $30.
  • 4/12 – Sand Creek Road: HP laptop computer and misc. women’s clothing stolen from locked vehicle. Entry via window smash. Approximately total loss of $1000.00.
  • 4/12 – Sand Creek Road: UNK RES smashed window of VIC’s vehicle and took a back pack containing an Apple I-pad, valued at 500.00

Burglary – Business

  • 4/8 – Second St.: Responsible(s) took donated television from Delta Community Services Inc building during the night. No signs of forced entry and no other items taken.

Domestic Disturbance

  • 4/2 – Sunflower Lane: INV-1 and INV-2 are married and were in a verbal altercation
  • 4/4 – La Costa Dr.: INV1 served with a TRO at the request of INV2 while law enforcement was on scene.

Driving Under the Influence

  • 4/6 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR determined to be DUI. ARR provided breath sample. ARR to MDF.
  • 4/11 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was reported to have been driving reckless. ARR contacted in vehicle and found to be DUI. ARR submitted to blood test and was transported to MDF.
  • 4/12 – Second St: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR determined to be DUI. ARR provided breath sample. ARR to MDF.
  • 4/12 – Second St.: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR was DUI. ARR to MDF, VEH stored

Narcotics

  • 4/3 – Bonita Way: ARR in possession of controlled substance. ARR released on a juvenile affidavit to his grandparent.
  • 4/3 – O’Hara Ave: ARR found to be in possession of 1.1 grams of Methamphetamine and a glass smoking pipe. ARR is on active court probation.
  • 4/8 – Second St. ARR stopped for a VC violation. Suspected methamphetamine located incident to a search of ARR’S vehicle.
  • 4/11 – Balfour Rd.:  INV was stopped for a VC violation. ARR who was a passenger was determined to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. ARR to MDF.
  • 4/12: Village Dr: Vehicle was stopped for a VC violation. CIT was determined to be an unlicensed driver. During an inventory search of the vehicle, officers locate suspected Marijuana. Vehicle was towed.
  • 4/13 – Balfour Rd: ARR contacted during a suspicious person event. ARR found to be in possession of a usable amount of suspected methamphetamine. ARR to MDF.

Other

  • 4/3 – Duffy Way: RES matched description of a suspicious person looking into vehicles. RES fled upon police contact leaving his bicycle behind. RES was not located. Bicycle booked into BPD bike storage.
  • 4/3 – Balfour: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR fled from officers and later contacted and resisted arrest. ARR to MDF.
  • 4/6 – Balfour:  ARR found in possession of shaved keys. ARR to MDF.
  • 4/8 – Sand Creek Road: RES used fake bills to pay for a meal. INV-1 who was with RES was detained and paid for the meal. RES fled the scene prior to PD arrival.
  • 4/11: Crispin Dr: ARR was contacted and taken into custody at the request of his parole officer. ARR to Juvenile Hall.

Petty Theft

  • 4/2 – Birch St.: Victim’s unlocked bicycle stolen from Edna Hill Middle School.
  • 4/2 – Brentwood Blvd: Concrete blocks stolen from maintenance project
  • 4/3 – Brentwood Blvd: Res stole items from Tower Mart without paying
  • 4/3 – Oak St.:  RES entered the store for approximately 20 minutes. Selected several items to purchase. RES gave VIC her credit card to purchase items, and then took her credit card back and grabbed the bag of merchandise left the store without paying for the items. Total value of property taken is $289.13.
  • 4/3 – Sand Creek Road: RES took approximately eight bras from VIC’s business. RES fled the scene in a white Jeep.
  • 4/4 – Balfour: Res. Stole cartons of cigarettes without paying
  • 4/4 – Brentwood Blvd:  RES stole alcohol from the business.
  • 4/6 – Lone tree Way: RES stole beer. Loss $13.99
  • 4/7 – Harvest Park Dr:  RES cut fuel line and stole gas from two vehicles.
  • 4/8 – Bypass/Highway 4: RES took alcohol from store. Est Loss: $120.00.
  • 4/8 –Lone Tree Way:  VIC left big rig door open while in the recieving area of Home Depot. Wallet and Cell Phone taken between 0700-0703 hours. Est Value: $350.00.
  • 4/8 – Lawrence Lane: Responsible punctured fuel tank on victim’s vehicle and stole fuel.
  • 4/13: Lone Tree Way: Unknown RES stole approximately 40 gallons of diesel fuel from commercial vehicle. Total loss approximately $200.
  • 4/10 – Sand Creek Road: Unknown responsible(s) stole several bras from Victoria’s Secret.
  • 4/11 – Lone Tree Way: ARR stole merchandise from the store without paying for them. WIT signed Citizens Arrest. Total loss was $98. ARR was released on signed PTA.
  • 4/12 – Lone Tree Way: RES stole beer.
  • 4/12 – Sycamore Ave: Wit watched RES steal a bicycle and flee the scene.
  • 4/12 – Second St: Arr was arrested for shoplifting and released on PTA
  • 4/13 – Sand Creek: ARR-took approximately 195.11 worth of items from the store. ARR currently on active probation out of Alameda County. ARR had three outstanding warrants from Alameda and San Mateo county.

Probation Violation

  • 4/9 – Sycamore Ave: ARR was contacted and found to have outstanding no cite warrant. During search while in custody at BPD ARR found to have suspected methamphetamine concealed on his body. ARR to MDF.
  • 4/11 – Second St.: ARR- was stopped for a vehicle code violation and determined to be in violation of her probation. ARR- to MDF.

Restraining Order Violation

  • 4/2 – Redhaven: RES spoke to VIC in violation of a Civil Harassment Restraining Order.
  • 4/3 – First St: RES entered residence in violation of RO and had a verbal argument with VIC. RES left prior to police arrival.
  • 4/5 – Lawrence Lane: ARR contacted VIC at her residence in violation of a domestic violence restraining order
  • 4/6 – First Street: VIC stated RES was at residence in violation of court ordered restraining order.
  • 4/13 – Boone Dr.: RES called VIC and sent VIC several text messages against a restraining order

Robbery

  • 4/7 – Lone Tree Way: RES entered Verizon and threatened to shoot customers and employees during a robbery. RES stole multiple phones and electronics. RES committed similar crimes in Antioch and Pittsburg and was later arrested by Pittsburg PD.

Vandalism

  • 4/3 – Bellmeade Ct.: Unidentified RES broke driver’s window of VIC vehicle. Total cost to repair damage is approximately $200.
  • 4/3 – Collis St.: Unidentified RES threw feces into VIC pool causing damage to the water. Total cost to repair damage is approximately $100.
  • 4/8 – Tradition Way: RES broke through fence into orchard.
  • 4/11 – Havenwood Ave: Unknown RES threw a candle and shattered VIC’s vehicle windshield.
  • 4/12 – Griffith Lane: Res shattered Vics rear passenger window on her vehicle.
  • 4/13 – Armstrong Way: Unknown responsible cut hole in victim’s gas tank and stole gasoline.
  • 4/13 – Mesquite Ct.: RES(S) egged VIC(S) vehicles and property.

Warrant

  • 4/2 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR came to the Brentwood Police Department to discuss a cite/release warrant for her arrest. She was released on a Promise to Appear.
  • 4/2 – Lynn Dr: Arr gave false name and had no-bail warrant for his arrest. ARR to MDF
  • 4/3 – McClarren Rd: ARR had an outstanding warrant. ARR to MDF
  • 4/3 – Second St.: ARR had three outstanding warrants for his arrest. ARR to MDF.
  • 4/5 – Second St: ARR stopped for VC Violation. ARR found to have an outside warrant. ARR to MDF, VEH stored
  • 4/8 – Atherton Pl: Vehicle stopped for cvc violations. ARR-1 and ARR-2 had warrants for their arrest. ARR-1 and ARR-2 to MDF. Vehicle stored.
  • 4/10 – Falcon Ct.: Responsible blocked victim’s irrigation drain pipe with concrete.
  • 4/10 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was contacted in regards to two citable JAWS warrants
  • 4/12 – Spruce St.: ARR contacted for VC violation, and found to have an outstanding warrant. ARR in possession of a controlled substance and glass pipe. ARR to MDF.

Weapons

  • 4/2 – American Ave:  ARR was found to be in possession of pepper spray and a taser on school grounds.
  • 4/2 – American Ave: ARR1 possessed a homemade taser on school grounds and used the device on two other students. ARR2 made several homemade tasers at home and sold them to other students at school.
  • 4/3 – O’Hara Ave: CITE and ARR stopped for VC violations. ARR found to be in possession of a switchblade and CITE found to be in possession of marijuana. ARR released on a signed PTA and CITE released on a signed NTA.
  • 4/6 – Conducted an investigative traffic stop. ARR was found to be in possession of a billy club. ARR released per 849(b) PC.
  • 4/9 – Second St.: RES exhibited a handgun in an angry manner toward VIC and left the scene in RES vehicle.

The list looks like it’s growing. Be careful and open your eyes Brentwood. Go to your shopping areas and look around. Do you see something similar to the demographics of Antioch? No you’re not wrong. There are more and more of them coming to your town because Antioch has reached its capacity.
