The following are a sampling of calls handled by the Brentwood Police Department April 11-May 10 according to information provided by Brentwood Police.

Assault

  • 4/11 – First St.: ARR contacted on a pedestrian stop and arrested for outstanding misdemeanor 14601 VC warrant. During the stop ARR resisted officer’s efforts to arrest him and kicked officer’s. ARR to MDF.
  • 4/12 – Wheatfield Way: RESs engaged in a mutual combat altercation.
  • 4/14 – Oak St.: RES-1 and RES-2 were in a mutual fight over a cell phone. Both parties did not want
    prosecution.
  • 4/18 – Lone Tree Way: During a dispute over paying the bill, RES-2 threw items at RES-1 after RES-1 spit on RES-2. Neither party desired prosecution.
  • 4/19 – Valley Green Dr: INV-1 and INV-2 engaged in a verbal argument which turned physical. INV-2 fled prior to police arrival.
  • 4/23 – Anderson Ln: RES battered his brother, VIC. VIC only wanted an informational report in order to
    obtain a restraining order.
  • 4/25 – Summerset Dr: RES struck VIC several times during an altercation after a wedding.
  • 4/27 – City Park Way: VIC battered by several unidentified RES. VIC was uncooperative with investigation and transported by AMR to Sutter Delta.
  • 4/28 – Brentwood Blvd: RES neighbor pushed VIC, entered VIC’s residence and took pictures. RES lives next door to VIC. No injuries.
  • 4/28 – Crossridge Ct.: Both responsibles engaged in mutual combat and declined prosecution.
  • 4/30 – Brentwood Blvd: Mutual battery between two parties.
  • 4/30 – Apple Hill Dr.: RES assaulted VIC. No prosecution desired.
  • 5/6 – Second St.: RES struck VIC.
  • 5/6 – Second St.: The unknown RES shot the three VIC’s with a BB pistol on the campus of Liberty High School.
  • 5/7 – Second St.: RES began punching VIC for unknown reason. Before leaving business, RES tucked a black handgun into his waistband and fled in a burgundy Cadillac.
  • 5/9 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR spit on VIC and broke various store merchandise. ARR was found to be on probation and taken to MDF.

Auto Burglary

  • 4/22 – Hanson Ln: Locked VEH parked in the driveway had miscellaneous personal items taken. No signs of forced entry. Occurred between 4/21/15 approximately 1900 hours and 4/22/15 approximately 0830 hours.
  • 4/22 – Sand Creek Rd: Vehicle window was smashed. Backpack containing miscellaneous clothing and make-up was taken. Approximate loss is $450.
  • 4/22 – Sand Creek Rd: RES forced entry by unknown means into several vehicles in the court. Most vehicles were rummaged through and only items stolen were a beanie and flashlight. Incident occurred overnight.
  • 4/24 – Brookwood Ct.: RES forced entry into VIC’s vehicle by smashing two windows. Once inside, RES stole a gray Swiss-Army backpack and a gray Dell laptop. The total loss was valued at $1050.
  • 4/30 – Washington Dr.: Unknown responsible(s) stole a pair of Electric Knoxville sunglasses and a pack of Camel cigarettes from the victim’s locked vehicle. There was no damage done to the vehicle.
  • 5/1 – Topaz St.: VIC-1 reported RES forced entry into his vehicle, VIC-2 reported RES entered her
    unlocked vehicle and stole personal property (messenger style bag, knives, sunglasses,
    and loose change). 4/30/15 2000 – 5/1/15 0700)
  • 5/4 – Nebergall Ct.: RES entered locked vehicle using an unknown device and stole back pack.
  • 5/5 – W. Country Club Dr: Window shattered of VIC’S vehicle and his wallet was stolen (Occ’d 05/05 1230-1300 hrs).
  • 5/6 – Eaglerock Way: An unidentified responsible exited a vehicle and used an unidentified item to break a window to VIC’s vehicle. The responsible then reached into the vehicle and took a black leather bag containing a black iPad air and business checks. Total estimated loss: $2600
  • 5/7 – Lone Tree Way: Two vehicles parked in the parking lot of Home Depot had window shattered to gain access. Miscellaneous person item taken. Occurred 5/7/15 between approximately 0905 hours and 0920 hours.
  • 5/9 – Cortona Way: VIC’s vehicle window was smashed and her purse was stolen from the front seat.

Auto Recovered

  • 4/18 – Lone Tree Way: License plate check revealed vehicle was stolen out of Stockton PD. Vehicle stop was initiated and all occupants detained. ARR-1 arrested for possession of stolen vehicle and possession controlled substance. ARR-2 arrested for possession of drug p . ARR-3 and ARR-4 arrested for being under the influ…

Auto Theft

  • 4/12 – Tango Lane: VIC had vehicle stolen from in front of residence on 4/10/15 between 0400-0630
    hours. No RES info.
  • 4/13 – W. Country Club Dr.: Unknown RES stole VIC’s vehicle. Entered into SVS.
  • 4/15 – Brentwood Blvd: RES made entry into the tow yard by cutting the metal chain link fence and stole VEH-1. VEH-1 has not been located and was entered into SVS as a stolen vehicle.
  • 4/17 – Ranchwood Dr: VIC’s vehicle was stolen from RP’s house between 4/16 @ 1300 hours and 4/17 @ 0900 hours. Later recovered by CCCSO, no suspect in custody at this time. Vehicle towed and stored. RO advised of vehicle status.
  • 4/17 – Third St.: VIC had vehicle stolen on 4/17/2015 between 1730-1830 hours.
  • 4/18 – Iris Ct.: RES forced entry into VIC’S vehicle and attempted to steal it. The vehicle was not
    operational and RES was not successful.
  • 4/22 – Flagstone Ct.: VIC’s vehicle was stolen overnight. VIC’s vehicle was entered into SVS as stolen.
  • 4/23 – Lone Tree Way: RES’s entered VIC’s vehicle without permission and drove off. Vehicle entered into SVS. *Both Truck and trailer located.*
  • 4/23 – Wexford St.: VIC’s vehicle taken without permission. Occurred 4/23/15 between 1830-1930 hours.
  • 4/25 – Towncentre Tr: RES took vehicle for test drive, never returned.
  • 4/27 – Havenwood Ave: UNK RES stole VIC’s vehicle. Vehicle entered into SVS.
  • 4/27 – Orchard Dr.: Unreported stolen vehicle involved in a collision. Vehicle entered and removed from SVS.
  • 4/27 – Berkshire Ln: Vehicle taken without VIC’s permission. Occurred on 4/27/15 between 0100-0530 hours.
  • 5/1 – Brentwood Blvd: RES stole VIC’s Gray Honda Accord.
  • 5/3 – Brentwood Blvd: RES purchased vehicle under false pretenses. Entered into SVS.
  • 5/4 – Ashford Pl: VIC’S vehicle stolen from street and recovered after being involved in a collision in
    Antioch.
  • 5/10 – Rice St.: RES entered VIC-1’s unlocked vehicle and stole paperwork, RES entered VIC-2’s unlocked vehicle and took keys to VIC-2’s and stole other vehicle (veh 3) parked in driveway. Vehicle entered into SVS. Occ’d 5/10/2015 0428 hours.

Burglary – Business

  • 4/11 – Oak St.: RES shattered glass by throwing rock through window to gain entry. Minimal loss.
  • 4/14 – Lone Tree Way: Window was removed from VIC business in an apparent burglary attempt. No loss at this time. Unknown if entry was made.
  • 4/15 – Brentwood Blvd: RES forced entry into closed business. Take was empty cash drawer. MO: Rock through side/rear window.
  • 4/16 – Lone Tree Way: RES gained entry into business by smashing the glass entrance. RES stole a register before fleeing the scene. RES also attempted to break into neighboring business, but
    was unable to gain entry.
  • 5/6 – Lone Tree Way: Unknown RES attempted to break into business. Estimated damage $1000
  • 5/6 – Lone Tree Way: Unknown RES burglarized business and stole approx. $13000 in cash.
  • 5/10 – Balfour: Two BMA’s and one BFA used bolt cutters to break a lock stealing approximately $100.

Burglary – Residential

  • 4/12 – Peachtree Ct.: RES entered VIC’s residence through unlocked back door and stole electronics. Occurred 04/11/15 1100-1115 hours.
  • 4/13 – Fallsburg Ct.: RES went into VIC’s locked vehicle and opened both of her garage doors. RES then went into both garages and stole a garage door opener and cash.
  • 5/1 – Brentwood Blvd: RES made entry in VIC’s apartment by kicking in the locked front door to retrieve his belongings. While RES was in the apartment he stole approximately $1300 in cash and a pair of blue and white Nike Jordans that belonged to VIC.
  • 5/3 – Sienna Ln: RES and VIC met at VIC’s residence because RES wanted to buy a TV. RES reached into
    VIC’s residence and stole a $70 TV. RES left a different TV with VIC and was upset about a lap top that VIC sold him several months prior.
  • 5/9 – Castellina Dr.: ARR and RES fled from officers after a suspicious circumstance. It was later determined ARR and RES entered residence ARR was staying at and stole tools and safe containing firearm. Firearm later discovered in nearby yard. ARR to juvenile hall.

Drunk

  • 4/24 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR contacted after attempting to fight mall security. ARR found to be too intoxicated to care for himself in public. ARR to MDF.

DUI

  • 4/10 – Sand Creek: ARR was stopped for CVC violations. ARR was determined to be driving under the
    influence of alcohol. ARR to MDF.
  • 4/17 – Lone Tree Way: ARR-1 was stopped for CVC violations. ARR-1 found to be DUI and ARR-2 had an
    outstanding warrant. ARR-1 and ARR-2 to MDF. VEH parked.
  • 4/17 – Lone Tree Way: ARR contacted during traffic enforcement stop. ARR determined to be too intoxicated to operate motor vehicle. ARR to MDF.
  • 4/22 – Sand Creek Road: P-1 was involved in solo vehicle collision and struck a fire hydrant. P-1 was
    determined to be driving under the influence and placed under arrest. V-1 was stored and entered into SVS.
  • 4/27 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was stopped for a vehicle code violation and was found to driving with a suspended license for DUI. ARR was issued a citation and his vehicle was subsequently stored.
  • 4/28 – Shady Willow Lane: ARR was contacted passed out in the driver’s seat of his moving vehicle. ARR determined to be DUI. ARR to MDF.
  • 4/30 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was contacted sleeping in his stopped vehicle. ARR was DUI and transported to BPD jail where he was released on a PTA. ARR vehicle towed .
  • 4/30 – Towncentre Tr.: ARR contacted during welfare check. ARR determined to be under influence. ARR refused SFST’s. Warrant obtained. ARR to MDF.
  • 5/9 – Bypass: ARR pulled over for vehicle code violation and found to be driving under the influence
    of alcohol. ARR released on a PTA.

Grand Theft

  • 4/11 – Water St.: RES stole VIC’S wheels and tires off of his vehicle and stole an amp and speakers from the trunk. RES also turned the power off to the home and disconnected two water hoses from the pool pump.
  • 4/13 – Meadow Brook Dr.: VIC found that two of her firearms had been stolen from her residence sometime between 3/14/15 and 4/10/15. Total loss approximately $1,999.
  • 4/16 –Augustine Dr.: Two catalytic converters taken from a Toyota Sequoia, parked in the driveway of the residence. Occurred between 04/15/15 approximately 2200 hours and 4/16/15 approximately 0730 hours.
  • 4/24 – Continente Ave: GPS and leather bag taken from unlocked vehicle over night.
  • 4/24 – Sand Creek Rd: A Brentwood hydrant meter was stolen from the victim’s vehicle. Unknown where the theft occurred; there was no damage done to the vehicle.
  • 4/27 – Trailside Dr.: Responsible took bicycle that had been delivered to residence by US Mail Service. Later determined that Postal Service never delivered the bicycle.
  • 4/29 – Sand Creek Rd: Tools stolen from VIC’S vehicle (Occ’d 04/14-04/29).
  • 4/30 – Harrison Ln: VEH unlocked, parked in driveway of residence, had electronic items taken. Occurred between 4/29/15 approximately 1900 hours and 4/30/15 approximately 0800 hours.
  • 4/30 – Lone Tree Way: Responisbles entered business and stole 5 cell phones from display and fled.
  • 5/1 – John Muir Parkway: VIC’s unlocked vehicle was entered and several items were stolen, including
    prescription glasses, CD’s and phone chargers. Total loss of $1,400. No suspect info
    that this time.
  • 5/1 – Blossom Ct.: VIC discovered that a $2000 diamond ring was missing from her bathroom drawer after her maid service had cleaned. No further info.
  • 5/4 – Balfour Rd: VIC believed his watch was stolen from his vehicle while it was at the Brentwood Hand Carwash. Total loss was $1750.
  • 5/6 – Sand Creek Rd: RES stole over $1200 in liquor. RES confronted by employee when attempting to load merchandise in INV vehicle. RES left merchandise and fled the scene.
  • 5/10 – Effie Ct.: Theft from an unlocked vehicle. Loss of 5.11 bag containing iPad, (3) stethoscopes,
    radio holder and Patelco check book.

H&S Violation

  • 4/22 – Lone Tree Way: ARR found slumped over inside vehicle. Found to be in possession of illegal narcotics, paraphernalia and had an active warrant. ARR was released on a signed promise to
    appear.
  • 4/28 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR in possession of fireworks. ARR released on a Promise to Appear.
  • 4/30 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was contacted and determined to be under the influence. ARR provided a blood sample. ARR to MDF.
  • 5/6 – Orchard Dr.: ARR and INV were contacted at location, ARR was found to be under the influence of a CNS stimulant. ARR to MDF.
  • 5/6 – Spruce St.: ARR was contacted for having suspected marijuana on campus. He resisted officers
    commands and was taken in
  • 5/8 – Walnut Bl: ARR contacted and determined to be under the influence of a CNS stimulant. ARR to MDF.
  • 5/8: Balfour: ARR was contacted and found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and to be under
    the influence of a CNS stimulant. ARR transported to MDF.
  • 5/10 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR contacted and found to be under the influence of a CNS Stimulant. ARR is currently on felony probation for 10851 CVC. ARR to MDF.

Indecent Exposure

  • 4/28 – Brentwood Blvd: W/M RES exposed himself to adult VIC while asking for directions. RES described as WMA driving a newer black Honda Civic 2D wearing a gray suit and sky blue shirt.

Narcotics Violations

  • 4/12 – Orchard Dr: ARR was contacted and found to be in possession of drugs and ammo. ARR transported to MDF.
  • 4/13 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR vehicle stopped for CVC violations. ARR was on probation and found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine. ARR to MDF.
  • 4/15 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was found to be in possession of Norco without prescription.
  • 4/17 – Beverly Pl: ARR’s were contacted during a vehicle theft investigation. ARR’s were found to be in
    possession of ammo, stun gun, dirk/dagger, stolen property, stolen vehicle, concentrated cannabis lab, while on probation with warrants and convicted felons. ARR’s to MDF.
  • 4/23 – Balfour Rd: ARR-1 and ARR-2 were stopped for a VC violation. ARR-1 was determined to be driving on a suspended license for DUI and was on felony probation. ARR-1 was determined to
    possess a controlled substance and VIC’s stolen credit card. ARR-2 was determined to
    possess a con…
  • 4/23 – Walnut Blvd: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR found to be in possession of 2.0g of suspected
    methamphetamine. ARR released on PTA.
  • 4/24 – Lynn Dr.: ARR was contacted after a traffic stop. Search of veh resulted in locating multiple
    baggies of meth. ARR provided a fake name and had a felony and a misd. warrant. ARR booked into MDF.
  • 4/30 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was contacted in parking lot and found to be under the influence and in possession of drug paraphernalia. ARR transported to MDF.
  • 5/2 – Business Center Dr.: ARR1 was contacted for a VC violation and was found to be in possession of narcotics and paraphernalia in a false compartment. ARR2 was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia with an outstanding arrest warrant for theft. ARRs to MDF.
  • 5/4 – Lone Tree Way: ARR contacted sleeping in his vehicle. ARR in possession of suspected heroin and on active probation. ARR to MDF.
  • 5/7 – Spruce St.: The four RES were off campus during school hours.

Other Violations

  • 5/1 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR’s left restaurant without paying bill. ARR’s returned a short time later to
    retrieve her property she left and ARR-1 assaulted restaurant staff during altercation. ARR-2 assaulted off-duty peace officer who was attempting to stop altercation. ARR’s to MDF.

Parole/Probation Violation

  • 5/10 – First St.: ARR was known to be on searchable probation, and ran from officers. ARR to MDF.

Petty Theft

  • 4/13 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was detained by loss prevention for shoplifting. ARR was determined to be on probation. ARR was transported to MDF.
  • 4/17 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was stopped by Loss Prevention for shoplifting. A records check revealed ARR had 3 misdemeanor warrants for his arrest.
  • 4/19 – Flemish Ct.: RES entered 4 unlocked vehicles on Flemish Court and stole miscellaneous items.
    Occurred overnight.
  • 4/24 – Lone Tree Way: RES-1 and RES-2 entered business, selected four laptops and attempted to conceal them in their bags. After being contacted by loss prevention, RES’s left the store with one
    of the laptops concealed in a bag. Total loss $329.
  • 4/26 – Lone Tree Way: RES-1 and RES-2 stole a PS4, HP Laptop and 2 PS4 video games. RES-1 and RES-2 fled on foot and entered a dark blue Nissan Cube with unknown Arizona plates.
  • 5/4 – Fallsburg Ct.: ARR contacted after being seen leaving a vehicle that she has no rights too. ARR found in possession of stolen property, property released to owners. ARR found to be on felony probation . ARR to MDF.

Robbery

  • 4/18 – Sand Creek Road: RES’s took VICs cell phones and belts. The handle of what appeared to be a Black hand gun was seen in one of the RES’s sweatshirt pocket. RES’s fled on foot. Total loss $1,115
  • 4/18 – Sand Creek Road: RES-1 and RES-2 took property from VIC-1 and VIC-2’s person after threatening to have a firearm.
  • 4/23 – Sand Creek Rd: Three responsibles entered the business and demanded cash. Two subjects were armed with kitchen knives. Subjects took cash and fled the business.
  • 5/1 – City Park Way: VIC-1 and VIC-2 reported that RES forcibly took VIC-1’s bike from them. RES was
    located with the bike and claimed it was his bike that was stolen over a year ago in Oakley. VIC-1 did not want RES arrested and just wanted his bike back.
  • 5/4 – Sycamore Ave: VIC reported that on Saturday, an unidentified RES punched him and took $40 from his wallet.

Restraining Order Violation

  • 4/15 – Mill Creek Way: ARR- was contacted during a suspicious person stop and determined to be in violation of a served domestic violence restraining order. ARR- was also in possession of drug paraphernalia. ARR- to MDF.

Suspicious Circumstance

  • 4/30 – Brentwood Blvd: RP called stating she was told a student was making threats about a school shooting on 05/01/2015. INV was relaying information she had heard from another student.

Vandalism

  • 4/10 – Guise Way: Unknown responsible(s) slashed the tires to three different vehicles. There was no
    further damage to the vehicles.
  • 4/10 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR jumped onto hood of vehicle, causing damage
  • 4/11 –Sand Creek Rd: Unknown responsible(s) defaced the victim’s rear patio with eggs.
  • 5/6 – Larkspur Ct.: VIC reported their window had been shot and broken with a BB gun. RES identified.
    Damage total is $585.
  • 5/10 – Carnegie: Two vehicles vandalized at two separate residences. Both vehicles driver side windows and windshields broken. Unknown responsible.
  • 5/10 – Atherton Blvd: VIC-1 and VIC-2’s residence vandalized by rocks.
  • 5/10 – Macarthur Way: RES smashed VIC’s vehicle rear driver side window and front windshield. No items missing from vehicle.
  • 5/10 – Mills Dr: Unknown RES smashed multiple windows on 2 vehicles. No property was stolen from the vehicles.
  • 5/10 – N Estates Dr.: RES damaged windows of VIC’s vehicles parked in the street.
  • 5/10 – Second St.: VIC found three windows smashed out on her vehicle. Nothing taken.
  • 5/10 – Kensington Ct.: Several vehicles found in the area with windows smashed. Nothing taken.
  • 5/10 – St. Michaels Way: Unknown responsible(s) smashed a vehicle’s front driver’s side window. Nothing was stolen from the vehicle.

Warrant

  • 4/10 – Towncentre Tr: ARR- was contacted and determined to have four misdemeanor warrants from Antioch and Brentwood Police for failure to comply with a court order. ARR- MDF.
  • 4/10 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR was contacted and found to have two outstanding probation violation warrants. ARR to MDF.
  • 4/12 Berry Lane (Auto Recovered): ARR’s contacted during traffic enforcement stop. ARR’s found to be in possession of stolen vehicle. ARR’s found to have warrants. ARR’s to MDF.
  • 4/14 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR found to have felony warrant and concentrated cannabis. ARR to MDF.
  • 4/14 – Sycamore Ave (Auto Recovered): ARR had a no bail, outstanding warrant. ARR to MDF. Additionally the vehicle ARR was in (as a passenger) was reported as a stolen vehicle and had a VIN plate and license plate which was clear. The vehicle was towed from the scene and removed from SVS.
  • 4/17 – First St: ARR contacted regarding an outstanding warrant (PC 3455(b)(1) ). ARR to MDF.
  • 4/22 – Orchard Dr.: ARR was contacted and had an outstanding warrant for his arrest (11370.1 h&s / 29800 pc). ARR to MDF.
  • 4/22 – Griffith Ln: ARR was contacted in his parked vehicle. ARR determined to have a no cite warrant out of Alameda County. ARR to MDF. VEH stored.
  • 4/23 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR contacted during traffic enforcement stop. ARR determined to have a warrant out for her arrest. ARR to MDF.
  • 4/29 – Balfour Rd: ARR was contacted during an assault investigation. A records check revealed ARR had a misdemeanor traffic warrant. ARR was released on a PTA.
  • 4/30 – Edgefield Pl: ARR was contacted and found to have 5 no bail warrants. ARR was transported to MDF.
  • 5/4 – Lynn Dr.: ARR contacted on the sidewalk in front of location and found to have a no cite warrant
    for his arrest. ARR to MDF.
  • 5/4 – Anderson Ln: ARR stopped for VC violations and found to have misdemeanor citable warrant for
    11377(a) H&S. ARR released on a PTA.
  • 5/5 – Balfour: ARR was contacted following a VC violation. ARR was found to have a warrant for DUI.
    ARR transported to MDF.
  • 5/10 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR contacted outside of business and determined to have an outstanding felony warrant. ARR to MDF.

Weapons Violation

  • 4/11 – Almond St.: ARR was found to be in possession of a dirk/dagger, methamphetamine, and glass pipe. Transported to MDF.
  • 4/12 – Second St.: ARR was contacted after being named as RES in petty theft from Safeway on 2nd street. When contacted, ARR was found to be a felon in possession of a prohibited weapon. ARR to MDF.
  • 4/25 – Bellerose Ct.: ARR(S) contacted outside of residence and determined to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. ARR-1 found to be in possession of a loaded concealed 45 semiautomatic pistol. ARR to MDF.
  • 5/1 – Sunset Rd: ARR was contacted for a VC violation and was found to be an addict in possession of a firearm, ammunition, and methamphetamine pipes. ARR to MDF.
  • 5/6 – Defremery Dr: ARR-1 and ARR-2 contacted on pedestrian stop. ARR-1 arrested for felony warrant. ARR-2 found to be in possession of blow dart gun and home made stun gun. ARR-1 and ARR-2 to MDF.
  • 5/8 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR came into BPD to retrieve property from safe keeping, ARR was found to have a misdemeanor cite releasable warrant. ARR released on a PTA.
