On Tuesday January 28 at approximately 11:15 am, Antioch Police Detectives were working leads on a possible indoor marijuana cultivation at a residence located on Noakes Ct. in Antioch.
Antioch Detectives contacted Wei Zhu, 25, and Zhouqin Huang, 27, at the residence and they were subsequently arrested in connection to a large scale marijuana cultivation. Detectives served a search warrant at the listed location which turned up approximately 1,000 marijuana plants.
