Antioch Teen Pleads Guilty to Raping Domino’s Delivery Woman

by ECT

An Antioch teenager who was charged with rape and kidnapping a Domino’s pizza delivery woman last February was sentenced to nearly 40-years in prison.

Darrion Miles Jr, appeared in Contra Costa County Court on Friday where he pleaded guilty to most of the charges—at the time, Miles Jr was 17-years-old, but was prosecuted as an adult.

The February 2015 incident occurred in Antioch just before noon where according to Antioch Police, while making the delivery in the 2800 block of Blue Bell, Miles Jr forced the female into her vehicle at gunpoint. He then forced her to drive to another location where he raped her.

After the attack, she called Antioch Police where officers arrested the suspect at his home where he had asked for the pizza to be delivered.

He plead to a majority of the charges according to the Aron Deferrari in order to get 38-years in prison versus life.

He’ll be out in no time and back in good ‘ol Antioch. This crime happened in the great and safe city of Antioch (according to our mayor), so he’s protected and will be out soon. The raped girl will probably run into him at the local Foodmaxx in the next couple of years.

Gotta love Antioch.

38 years is a long time. All rapists should get that long. Or life without parole.

I am glad he is off the streets Sep 25, 2016 - 12:24 am

“officers arrested the suspect at his home where he had asked for the pizza to be delivered” How stupid can you get! Did this guy think he was going to get away with this. The parents should be locked up as well for raising this animal.

He will serve 15 years at most The guilty plea shows parole board he took responsibility and wants rehabilitation. He will still be a young man looking to start his life outside prison. The girl has a life long sentence of repeated horrible memories. Hope the flashbacks fade to a shadow, hazy, less painful ones.
