Antioch: Shooter Opens Fire at Car Full of Teenage Girls

At roughly 4:10 pm Tuesday, Antioch Police responded to a report of gunshots fired at a vehicle full of teenage girls.

Originally, two shootings were reported, however, police confirmed it stemmed from the same incident.

According to police, the shooting actually occurred at the Lakeshore Apartments on Wilbur and the vehicle shot at flagged down an officer on Manzanita.

No one was injured and police are still investigating the incident. The incident may be related to earlier activity in Bay Point and Pittsburg.

Why on earth did they drive across town before stopping to talk to the police? That doesn’t do the police any good. Did they know who fired? Maybe.

Maybe another uncooperative witness. I’m sure someone in that car had a cell. Why didn’t they call the police?Suspicious.

I don’t know who gave you this info, but it had nothing to do with Pittsburg.

maybe they were scared and continued driving to get out of the area, and from the looks of the pictures it appears someone is cooperating
