Antioch: Security Firms Patrol Vehicle Shot at Saturday Morning

A shooting Saturday morning left a Strategic Threat Management Patrol vehicle hit by gunfire around 12:20 am on the 1400 block of Sycamore in Antioch.

No one was injured in the shooting, but one of four shots fired went through the windshield of a patrol vehicle as they were exiting an apartment complex. The armed security guard did not return fire, but did observe white SUV fled the scene immediately after the shots were fired.

Antioch Police responded to the call, however, no suspect or vehicle were located.
