At 2:33 am Sunday, Antioch Police responded to the 200 block of Lawton St. after a shooting left one man dead.
The victim was a 30-year-old male out of San Francisco. The officers arrived to find an adult male victim incapacitated from multiple, apparent gunshot wounds. Life saving measures were taken by the arriving officers and medical personnel, and the victim was transported to a local area hospital.
He was ultimately pronounced deceased at the hospital. This case is currently being investigated as a homicide by the Antioch Police Department Investigations Bureau. We are in the preliminary stages of this investigation, and no further information will be released at this time.

Yes, the current NAACP is far more racist than the KKK. Tell me, what has this group done in the past 20 years to promote racial conciliation between ALL people? Take a moment an call the national office of the NAACP. Inform them that you are white and would like to file a complaint against a black business owner who followed you around his or her store while you were shopping and when you questioned them they asked you to leave.
Better yet, tell them you are white and you and your family just moved into a new home in a nice neighborhood and as soon as you moved in your black neighbor has been harassing your family and spray painted “black power” on your garage door. You spoke to the neighbor and he threatened your families life. Explain that you fear for your lives and you desperately need their help.
After all this let us know what kind of response you receive?
