Antioch Police Chief: Proactive Detail Nets 11 Arrests

by ECT

On Wednesday October 15, the Antioch Police Department and the Contra Costa County J-team were working a proactive detail in our city. The results of their efforts netted a total of 11 arrests. The arrest violations included drugs, warrants, stolen property, and stolen vehicles.

As to be expected some of these arrestees did not go quietly, meaning some of the arrests involved foot pursuits through neighborhoods and backyards. Despite attempts to flee, these individuals were caught because of the dedication, physical ability of these officers, and their team work.

I would like to thank Sheriff David O. Livingston for providing us the resources of the J-team as well as the professional men and women that took criminals off OUR streets last night.

Sincerely,

Chief Allan Cantando

Below are a few photographs we previously posted from the arrests on Hobart Court.
