Antioch: Pittsburg Man Arrested for Felony Assault After Punching Denny’s Waitress

by ECT

A man was arrested on November 18 for felony assault after punching a Denny’s waitress several times

According to Antioch Police, around 11:10 pm, 32 year old Ahmadi Allochuku of Pittsburg entered Denny’s at 2006 Somersville Rd. He seated himself and then began accusing staff of helping other patrons out of order.

Allochuku then used his cell phone to record several staff members while accusing them of being racist and refusing to serve him. One of the waitresses held a menu up in front of Allochuku’s cell phone to stop him from recording her.

Police say this made Allochuku upset and he punched the waitress several times in the face with a closed fist, causing her to lose consciousness and sustain a possible broken nose.

Police arrived and placed Allochuku without incident for felony assault. He was booked at the county jail.

The victim was transported via ambulance to a local hospital for treatment.

What a pathetic bastard. Stop using race as a means to get what you want. Ghetto people will remain ghetto. Go get some education and learn to act like a human being so you aren’t playing the race card. We are not in prison and society is not segregated like prison yards.

Antioch Denny’s isn’t ghetto. You can’t chose who comes into a restaurant. You can choose who stays.

My friends and I frequent this one and were actually there to see this. We were the ones who called the cops. This is NOT a normal occurrence; this jackass could have gone into any 24-hour restaurant and done the same thing.

I think he is innocent and the waitress should have not been tugging on his arm and they didnt mention her boyfriend ran up on the guy while the waitress was pulling on his shoulder
