On May 6 at 11:07 pm Antioch Police responded to a report of an assault on W. 7th Street in Antioch.
Police say Jesus Sandoval, 48, entered his neighbor’s backyard on West 7th Street and moved a window mounted air conditioning unit so that he could covertly view a 27 year old female in her bedroom.
The female’s boyfriend, heard a noise outside and he confronted Sandoval in the backyard.
The boyfriend physically assaulted Sandoval. Sandoval was arrested and admitted to “peeping” on three occasions on May 8. Sandoval was transported to county hospital for medical treatment for his swollen face that he sustained from the assault and then transferred to the Martinez Detention Facility.
