Right on Jerry! All that money is going to go down the rabbit’s hole called annexation. This is the most expensive and worst thing that could ever happen to this city. The annexation agreement will choke Antioch to death.

@Jerry,

The reason why we have so many thugs in Antioch is due to the fact their family members reside here on section 8. It has been a long time plan to dump ghetto people in Antioch because Richmond, Oakland, Vallejo and such cities who share the same demographic of thugs, gangsters, and drug dealers, do not have enough room to house all these hooligans.

Moreover, since our politicians love votes from the family’s of these scum bags, they will stand idle and do nothing to protect the law abiding citizens of Antioch. After all, they need to protect “their” votes in order to stay in office.

Measure C will do nothing but allow city funding to house more section 8 and provide babysitters for the AB109 early released criminals from prison to thrive in Antioch.

Hearing news of a person gunshot use to be a rare occasion in this part of the county.Now its a daily thing.Why are there so scumbags here now and why do they keep shooting each other? They need to hurry up and eliminate themselves so peace can come back to east county.

Welcome to the most dangerous city of Contra Costa. Yes, much more dangerous than Richmond.

On the other hand… part of me wants to believe this story is false. Afterall, measure C passed eliminating all crime in Antioch.

I put it to test. I put a stack of money on my front porch overnight. I wanted to see if anyone would take it. Surprisingly, someone did. I’m sure they are going to pay me back though… I’m just counting the days. Measure C – the best thing that happened to Ookioch.
