Antioch: Man Shot Several Times on Peppertree Way Tuesday Night

At 9:31 pm Tuesday, a 28-year-old man was shot in the 2100 block of Peppertree Way in the City of Antioch.

Police were dispatched to the 2200 block of L Street on a report of gun shots heard in the area. Upon the officers’ arrival, they located a 28 year-old male suffering from several gunshot wounds in the 2100 block of Peppertree Way.

According to Sergeant Matthew Koch, it was discovered the responsible(s) fled the area prior to police arrival. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment where he was listed in stable condition.

      • Yo LEROY, I said its ANT Town! Oakland is OAK Town (first 3 letters), so that makes ANTioch “ANT” Town. There’s nothing wrong with ants, they work hard and are well organized, and some, like Army ants are pretty bad ass. And they can carry something like 20 X their body weight. Even the most amped up body builder on steroids can’t do that.
