Antioch Man Shot Outside Cruisers Saloon Sunday Afternoon

On Sunday afternoon, Antioch Police responded to the 1600 block of A Street at W.16th Street after a male was suffering from a gunshot wound.

Police were dispatched outside Cruisers Saloon at 1:19 pm where a 37-year-old male, an Antioch resident, was shot in the stomach.

According to Corporal Matthew Koch, upon arrival, it was discovered the responsible(s) fled the area prior to police arrival. The officers contacted a 37 year-old male victim who suffered from a single gunshot wound.

The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment where he was listed in stable condition. This incident is still under investigation and no further information will be released at this time.

Here we go again! Shooting at ABC Rendezvous the other week and now Cruisers .. The City should shut both of these dives down! Enough already!

Who the hell elected the people running this town? Get them out! Its obvious they don’t care about the citizens or residents. Nothing is being done about the crimes happening every day. As long as its not their family I guess it’s ok.
