Just before 5:30 pm, Antioch Police responded to a vehicle that drove into a yard on Ravenwood Ct. in Antioch where three males were reportedly gathered and getting physical.

Upon police arrival, they took one male subject into custody for an apparent hit and run that began a short time earlier in the area of Sylvia’s County Kitchen on Lone Tree Way.

The subjects followed the driver and held him for police. After additional information was provided, it turns out the vehicle that caused the hit and run was stolen out of a Winco Parking lot.

The male was taken into custody without incident.

Thank you APD and the bystanders who saw the hit and run and got involved. Since Antioch not have a Winco, this started in Pittsbutg? Brentwood?
