Antioch: Electrical Fire Leads to Discovery of Marijuana Grow House

At 4:37 am Thursday, Contra Costa County firefighters were dispatched to a report of a residential structure fire in the 2000 block of Biglow Drive in the City of Antioch.

Upon arrival, an electrical fire was located on the side of the home and shortly after a marijuana grow was discovered. The fire was quickly extinguished and Antioch police took over the investigation.

According to police on scene, the home consisted of an more than 500 marijuana plants.

Notice how every grow that causes a fire is 500+ plants. They want you to think every average Joe who grows is doing huge grows like this so they can ban it outright. Don’t be fooled. If it was any other market, it’d be protected by American free enterprise.

Countless number of times we reported this house!! We lived next door and finally wanted out of the Bay Area. And nothing was done!!!

Biglow Drive only goes up to 2200 block. There is no 2600 block.

They are everywhere. Walk down the street and you can smell them I am told.
